Too many hidden expenses

There are a variety if hotels in the area that offer better services. You have to pay $10.00 a day to park, the internet access was also $10.00 a day a hardly worked!

Not worth the Money

THE HOTEL WAS NOT VERY CLEAN AND SEEMED OLDER. THE ROOMS ARE VERY SMALL AND THE DOWNSTAIRS SNACK BAR WAS EXTREAMLY EXPENSIVE. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN FOR THE PRICE THE HOTEL SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN GREAT CONDITION AND CLEAN PARKING IS ALSO A HASSLE

Absurd Self-Parking Fee and Policy

...which was not mentioned when I booked the room. It's a Hilton, so everything is cookie-cutter and pretty nice. However, I can not get over the audacity of charging "guests" to self-park and walk half a mile to the hotel. If you choose to valet park - very well, you should pay extra for the convenience. But to charge for DIY parking and holding the car hostage (you can't exit the parking lot without the parking receipt) is absurd, particularly when it is not disclosed when you are booking the room. There were comparable hotels nearby with no parking charge which I would have booked and saved some money. I am disappointed with the price paid once the parking cost is factored in.

The transportation was very reliable right on time, but the price per room was a bit pricey

Poor Experience

Service could have been better. When I made my reservation I requested a King size bed. I knew when I booked it that there was a possibility that I wouldn't get one. When I arrived I was informed that there were no king size beds, only two doubles. Okay, I thought, I was aware that may happen. Then I was told she did have a room with a king size bed, but was told it was $60 more a night, are you kidding me! I was trying to take my fiance to a nice graduation/birthday trip to Disney. The hotel experience could have been better, but the buses from the hotels to the park did work out well.

"No frills Hilton that bumps you in a heartbeat"

I booked a King room at this Hilton online through Hotels.com, and was told by the Hilton staff when I checked in that "online reservations are requets only, with no guarantees." ....a good thing to know before traveling 1300 miles. I got two double beds instead. There was no small fridge, no microwave, no complimentary internet access. Even the business center in the lobby requires you to buy access to their computers! A request to replace a burned out lightbulb was never acted upon.

Very Disapppointing-Do not stay here

Unreal. Ittook me almost 1/2 and hour to check ,almost no one in front ofme...just dealing with customer issues. First they make you sign off and acknowledge that if you smoke in your room they will charge you $150 to clean the room. Then they gave me a smoking room! In fact the entire first floor is smoking room only. The room they gave me also smelled of vomit.I asked the manager to check it out me but she decided to give meanother room instead. They then changed my room.While clearly another smoking room it was in better shape. The tolite seat was almost off the toilet though. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. There are lots of hotels in the area

Will not stay there again

As you watch the advertisement on the television that states Mr. Hilton wants you to experience your stay at the Hilton as an extension of your home. I can assure you that I don't pay $8.50 each night to park my car at home. In addition, who still charges for WIFI these days. The Hilton does not provide WIFI as a courtesy, they charge $9.95 for a 24 hour period of use, per device. It all adds up. In my opinion, it adds up to more than I care to experience again.

Did not get a king size bed that was reserved.

Disappointed

First, on check in, I waited while various employees cashed pay checks. Second, on check in, I asked about the breakfast that was included in my package and was told that it was not included. After a very long wait, they finally fixed that. Third, I used the shuttle. After the extra magic hours at the Magic Kingdom, I tried to get the shuttle back to the hotel. After waiting almost an hour (my cell phone had died and there was no one around who knew anything about the shuttle) another guest figured out how to call the hotel. They sent a shuttle, but it was very clear that the regular shuttle had not made its last run. Finally, we checked in very late. I was simply too tired to reject the room on check in but it smelled so strongly of cologne that I should have. I was able to air it out the following morning but felt that cleaning staff should have recognized the problem.

No Compassion

It was terrible. They have no compassion at all! My child was hopitalized...I had to retrun to CA immediately. They would neither issue a a refund or even a credit for another time.
