Convenient location

Our flight was delayed by 3 hours from Newark. Upon arrival (at midnight), we were able to pick up our luggage then go upstairs to our hotel room without the hassle of further transfers. The next day, the hotel concierge took our luggage down to the Magical Express for our transfer to a Disney hotel - for a (minimum) fee of $10. That saved us having to hassle with luggage again. All in, the hotel was efficient and comfortable but not beyond expectations.

Great Deal But.......

You shouldn't have to pay for High Speed Internet

Nearly a great stay

Everything was great except for the fact that there was a frequent rattling or clanking noise during the night. This seemed to come from just outside the window but the reception staff did not seem to have any idea what it was or how to stop it. When you have been traveling all day the last thing you need is a disturbed nights sleep.

Great hotel

The hotel is located inside the airport which makes it very convenient for travel. Easy 25-minute drive to all major attractions. You will need to pay for covered parking, but the hotel offers a reduced rate of $12 per night.

Perfect start to a vacation

This is the first time we have decided to overnight at the airport before departing in the morning. It was tremendous. Service was outstanding. Bellman took our 4 bags to the check in counter, then we had a leisurely breakfast, wandered to the gate and got on our plane to Europe. My only question is why this hotel has only a 3.5 star rating. I found NO faults with this property!

Stellar Service, Perfect Hotel

The personalized service cannot be bettered. The restaurant produced perfect food. The public areas are gorgeous and full of beautiful, interesting art. The room was huge, gorgeous and very quiet with the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever has the pleasure to experience. The convenience of being right in the middle of the airport could not be improved on.

Great Hotel

Outsanding location. Handle on shower door jury riggged to work, but overall room was great. Recommend desk chair with wheels. Restaurant superb!

I Loved this Hotel

The convenience of walking off the plane and to the front desk was wonderful. The staff are great. And the room is super comfortable. I absolutely could not tell I was at the airport (no noise what so ever).
