Great place to stay

I have stayed at the Grand Beach twice this year. The 3 bedroom condo is very roomy. We are going for a third stay in December. My family loves this place. They range in age from 4 years old to 74 years old. We loved the movie night by the pool. The rooms are always clean and nicely furnished. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants lots of room.

Great for the money

Very happy hotels was very spacious, clean,comfortable beds. Conviniently located close to the parks..I am very satisfied and would stay there again.

Great Value

We had a 3 bedroom unit with 2 master suites. Beds were super comfortable. A poolside grill/tiki bar would be a plus for this resort. You have to drive to the nearest restaurant and supermarket. Activities for guest were boring. Kids did enjoy the dive-in-movie. Short drive to theme parks and outlets. This is a timeshare resort.

"Outstanding Hotel",

This hotel was one of the best that my family has ever stayed in. We would recomment this hotel to our friends and family.

Front Desk

I cannot say enough about how great the whole front desk staff went out of their way to get me a poolside room. I was born and raised in Orlando, now living in Atlanta working for CNN. I was going to be in Orlando for at least 2 weeks and really wanted to be near the pool since I don't get to be around the water very much. Mirisol Ortiz and the whole front desk staff really showed their concern for my request and got me ground floor, right on the pool. I know this might not be possible to provide to all guests, however, when I will be staying in Orlando in the future, Grand Beach will be my first choice. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the property and I would like to thank the entire staff of the Grand Beach for making my stay one of the most pleasant of my entire traveling life. Great service. Easy to find. Very clean.

Gorgeous hotel

This hotel was unbelievable for the price we paid. We were at Disney most of the time but next time we're going to plan to spend more time at the hotel property. The rooms were huge and very comfortable. The property was maintained perfectly. When we needed assistance the staff was gracious and quick.

Great room! Great value!

I loved the fact that we got a 3 bedroom suite for just a little bit more than a regular hotel room. This went over very well with my group of friends. We only stayed for one night, and we never got a single phone call to buy property there. There was an issue with some noisy upstairs neighbors, but they had a new room and ready for us right away. Love the king size bed and jacuzzi bathtub.

Nice Condo. I wish I owned it!

Very comfortable condo. It was the highlight of our trip. The theme parks were crowded as usual, but our stay at Grand Beach was wonderful.
