Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 1 of 8Rude front desk staff
The TV in our room was old and due to that fact, the colors were very dark and there were only two - violet and dark blue and it was impossible to see anything on it. When we called the front desk we were told that they were busy and it wasn't important to them. Upon going to the front desk there was a line of three people waiting to check in. We asked a second young man behind the counter for the last name of "Randall" the clerk who was so rude and he claimed he didn't know it and accused us of giving him attitude. We requested to speak with the manager and were told that he couldn't be reached even though "Randall" was speaking with him on the phone. While my daughter was trying to speak with the general manager, a maid who was standing at the front desk asked me if she could help. Her name was Denise. After giving her a thumbnail sketch of what was wrong, she said she would get the maintenance man and proceeded to do just that. It took the very nice maintenance man about 10 minutes to remedy the situation. More training is definately needed for the front desk staff.

We asked for a wake up call and didn't get one. We just about missed our flight. I would trust them again if I needed to be on a flight the following day. Julia

Trip Type: Business Review 6 of 8Mixed Emotions - Service ?
Check-in was easy, room was clean and very presentable. Airconditioning did not work properly for the two days I was there. Had to get attendant to "Signal" the system to operat. Only operated for 45 minutes and shut down. Business Center equipment, printing boarding passes, would not work. Was not supported by the front desk or offer to help.....

Rats were living in the room A/c system. Not very well cared for or cleaned. General outside appearence of hotel and area was good. close to airport and convenient. Hotel rooms smelled musty. Room a/c was off and room was warm when we arrived. Very convenient location but not typical of other La Qunitas I have been to. Probably would choose another hotel next time.

Trip Type: Family Review 8 of 8Don't stay for the free shuttle
The facility was great but the airport shuttle claim is misleading. I picked the hotel so I would be close to the airport for a 6am flight. When I got to the hotel ther is a sign that tells you the shuttle for the airport only runs between 5am and 11pm. When I asked the person at the desk they said you could take a cab. I would have picked a different place if I knew I would have to add cab fare. There is no mention of the limited time for airport shuttle so if you come in very late or leave early you're on your own. To not state this in the advertising is misleading.
