Needs Improvements

Electricity did not work in the bathroom. Reminds me of an hourly hotel you would find in the red light district. Not worth the money when there are several other options. Safety is a concern even though the neighborhood is clean. Desperately needs mechancial and structural improvements.

You get what you pay for.

The non-smoking room smelled like smoke when we walked in. The room was very cold and took a long time to warm up even with the heat on high. The stairways were not shoveled, but the staff was nice.

I wasn't expecting much but there were a couple of things that are just basic. Like hot water. It took nearly 15 minutes from the time I turned the water on in the shower until the time it was even moderately warm. A remote for the television and channel lineup would also have been appreciated. I wasn't expecting anything more than that, but certainly not less.

Poor housekeeping.

The carpet had not been vacuumed. Food and mud on the carpet. Food and crumbs on the night stand. Dirty socks under the bed. Garbage in the dresser drawers. The heater was so loud couldn't sleep with it on, without it we froze.

Cheap hotel for money paid

This hotel was cheap in every way imaginable. I guess the saying goes "you get what you paid for". In this instance I paid and did not get anything. Rooms were not well kept. Condition of hotel in general was poor and unsatisfactory. Hotel staff was unfriendly and obviously not from this country. In general I will never go back to this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.

Very Disappointing

This hotel did not meet our expectations of what we believed the quality of Days Inn hotels should have. We had booked 3 nights and since we were not pleased with the hotel, wanted to cancel the reservation for the last 2. We were very frustrated with both Hotels.com as well as the local hotel as we were given several different explanations as to why the reservation could not be cancelled. All in all we were/are very frustrated and dissatisfied.

GROSS

This hotel definetly needs improvement. For the money it was okay but their were bugs flying around everywhere and when i called to see if they could fix it or move us they suggested that we go buy bug spray and the will compensate it. Spend the extra money and stay in a good hotel.

Noisey and Tired

The ventilation unit was so loud that we had to turn it off to sleep. There were stains on the bathroom wall. The phone message light was blinking and no one could turn it off. The decor and furnishings are very tired.

A good example of what to expect at this hotel - the room had 4 lamps ..... but only had 1 light bulb.

Called hotel for directions could not understand because she could not speak English well enough. Bought map and found it my self. Later asked for directions yo another location were given wrong directions again had to research it myself. Their wireless internet didn't work.

* The woman who checked me in was very pleasant and very helpful. She changed my room because the TV didn't work properly * Limited TV viewing & offered stations not all available * Internet connection weak , slow & sptty at best * Microwave did not work, no fruit for breakfast
