They took such good care of me

I was visiting Cleveland for my birthday to go to the Rock & Roll Hall of fame and 3 hours after arriving in Clevland I stumbled and broke my foot. For 2 more days I spent almost the entire time in the hotel, except when I was at the ER. Everyone from the general manager to the doorman - who saw me fall and came to me with a wheelchair to help my husband get me up - checked on me all the time. If I needed anything, they brought it to me and set up our bathroom so I could at least take a bath. The food and service is second to none. Upon leaving, they presented me with a nice book on the history of Cleveland and 2 more nights at the Ritz on them! If you have to be stuck in a hotel room, the Ritz is the way to go.

great hotel

Cleveland is looking better all the time, and a stay at the Ritz Carlton makes it great.

Outstanding Hotel

I can only say that the stay,the room, the staff, the hotel was just awesome. I highly recommend it.

Four Star Hotel. Service is exceptional.

Make sure you go to the MUSE for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Muse eggs benedict for breakfast Their burger and mac and cheese for lunch Any special for dinner. Every employee is first class. You cannot lift a finger without someone wanting to help. From doorman to "greeter". close to perfect and the rate was fantastic. did a special program with credits for meals, movie and fondue. Best deal anywhere. Perfect location in a mall that contains Morton's and Bice in case you want to go elsewhere. Do try LOLA's for dinner about 4 blocks away.

Unexpected luxury!

the room was beautiful .... very clean. the bed was extremely comfortable! Liked the little extra touches - the bathrobes, throw carpets in the bathroom - chocolates on the bed tray.
