The cleanliness of this hotel was ok, but the service was pretty awful. My main complaint was the shuttle service. The hotel advertises a free shuttle to and from the airport; however, when I called to have them pick me up they seemed confused. I waited about 45 minutes and called them three times after giving up and taking a taxi. The cab driver explained that this hotel is notorious for leaving customers at the airport and he frequently has to drive guests to the hotel. When I arrived, the staff was pretty rude about it, and was pretty defensive about the whole thing, even though I didn't even bring it up when I arrived for check-in. Despite these problems, the hotel was relatively clean and the breakfast in the morning was pretty good as hotels go.

Needs Improvement

The hotel was clean and efficient as well as the staff. However I would not stay at this hotel again, we recieved a non smoking room which we requested however the room smelled so strong with cigarette smoke we could hardly wait to leave. When we returned home all of our clothes (clean ones) had to be rewashed as they smelled like smoke. If this was a non smoking room I can't even imagine what a smoking room would have been like.
