Great Hotel in Boston

Great location on Kenmore square, and the Eastern Standard downstairs is an awesome place to meet , greet. and eat. 1st class by all the staff, room was top notch, and if you are going to BU, this is the place to stay. T stop is at the hotel. My experience was excellent, and the only places I saw for improvement (there is always room for improvement) was the $42 for valet parking/night and no coffee maker in the room. I was told it was for safety reasons, you make the call. I will go back though, great hotel.

This hotel is a great location, for a great price, and has outstanding service. The chocolates they use for turndown service are really good too!!!

I This hotel was superb. I will stay here next trip. The rooms with a nice central location,very pleasant accomodating staff and great fitness room, nice restaurant, small not convention like big hotel. I had never used hotel.com, but will use this web site in the future.

Really Nice

This hotel was on the fancier side but of course I was expecting that. Very good service and the room was very comfortable as well. The surrounding neighborhood was lovely as well.

Awesome Night

My wife and I needed a break from the kids and wanted to get away to someplace different. We chose Hotel Commonwealth because we thought it was more of a botique hotel than many others. I had checked the reviews and they were very high. I was not disappointed. Me being a procrastinator I didn't make dinner reservations in time and couldn't get into the restaraunt I wanted. The concierge helped me with this made reservations at a quaint french bistro. We had a wonderful meal. The hotel was crisp, clean and fresh. The decor was very nice and I just found the overall hotel to be very current. The hotel staff was impeccable, extremely helpful. One of my best hotel visits ever. We'll be back.

A nice find in boston

Pricey, but worth it...it was a special occaision. conveniently located,clean and tastefully furnished, all appreciated. helpful staff, but necessarily accurate information. affiliated restaurant was average at best. food not impressive, prices on the pricey side, but great outdoor seating space and it was popular. i would definitely stay here again.

Great Value

Friendly staff, walking distance to Fenway, Train stop right on the block. Easy to get around Boston from here..
