it is to expensive, and it is not a good hotel

The first thing i always do upon entering a new hotel is check the bed for clean sheets and bedbugs.There were long black hairs in the sheets.there was old coffee in the pot,open beverages in the mini fridge.remote didnt work hair on toilet.hot tub broken,both ice machines broken(i sprained my ankle),shuttle was 1 hour late picking us up at hotel,didnt pick us up at all at universal.We called mgmt but she was very rude.lat night of our stay we had no hot water.how can you run a hotel without hot water?

Not Recommended!

We were extremely disappointed with the hotel. Their claim to have a "Full Breakfast" is most definately false. Breakfast often consists of bacon, oatmeal, and dry cereals. Their service was extremely poor. We had so many problems, first we received a room with no air and partial electricity, then we were moved to a room with absolutely no curtains. It was one issue after another. Definately goes up on our worst hotel ever stayed in!

Not a 2 1/2 Star Hotel

Not too bad on the outside, but needs lots of improvement on the rooms. Pool and spa was closed for two days without warning. We saw lots of health inspectors roaming around one day. Room was not cleaned for 2 days until after 3:00 pm. I would never stay here or at any Quality Suites again.

Needs Improvement

The staff was rude and not friendly. On arrival our toilet was stopped up and overflowing in the bathroom. The sink was also stopped up and didn't get fixed until the next morning. Will not stay there again.

For a cheap hotel, there are plenty cheaper.

We only stayed one night and we booked a room with a king size bed, which upon check in they told us none where available. There was a giant wet spot on the carpet by the bed. There was blood spots on the bathroom wall. If you're looking for a cheap one night stay in Orlando, there are plenty of cheaper options.

Unacceptable

I stayed at this hotel mainly because of the location and price. The hotel was very poor-looked like a former motel style. Very old and needing major renovations. I got locked out of my room several times and missed an important meeting once because of it. It worried me to even walk on the carpet without shoes or socks on. I may have picked up some kind of rash from the bed linens as well-Doctor's visit will tell. I was going to extend my stay 2 more night for the convention I was attending, but went across the street to a better hotel and was more than happy to pay twice what I paid at this hotel and had a wonderful two nights at the other hotel. I strongly recommend to run from this property now.... I am very disappointed in Quality and will reconsider ever staying with them again if this is an example of how their properties are these days.

Could Be Great

Nice Hotel, but it needs work. The staff is minimally trained. We arrived at 2:30, even though the check-in was 3:00. An individual was in front of us, who was clearly upset. He finally was checked in. We approached and the clerk told us we would have to wait, as the check in time was 3. She also stated that the individual before us had been waiting since 11. Management was checking to see if the maids had cleaned another room. Now this is off season, and the hotel clearly was half booked. We got our room shortly and it was fine. Seems to me, that a half full hotel would know which rooms would be open. I also called later that night to ask where the ice machines were, the clerk said, I don't know. I asked him to find out and he did.......... It could be a great hotel, but the management has challenges.

horrible stay

the elevators were broken, we were on the 5th floor and my brother was on the 7th floor...hotel parking were horrible, ther weren't enough parking for all the guest, we had to park away from the hotel and walk back to the hotel which was very dangerous.
