okay stay

The room and pool was great. the bar and breakfast were outstanding. The only problems i had with the hotel were the ice machines and employees. out of 3 ice machines 2 were broken. none of the employees knew where anything was located in their own hotel. most of the employees had very limited english. and the elevators were constantly needing repairs. However, all things considered, I will stay at the same place again next year.

Best Deal

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was excellent, employees were friendly and helpful, everything was in working order except our microwave which was replaced within 30 min. of reporting it. Not sure about the free drinks as we don't drink. Elevators were a little slow and in need of remodel but they worked. For the budget conscious family I highly recommend this hotel. It's a steal!!!!

Great for the money

Hotel was older but clean, comfortable and has a great location. Everything worked in the room, no problems. Staff was nice. I enjoyed the comfort of the suite with a separate bedroom. Breakfast buffet was nice and so was the free wine and beer happy hour in the afternoon.

The room was clean, roomy and quiet. Would definately stay there again!

Great stuff

The only thing I would have changed about the hotel stay was that I would have brought towels. The washing machine went down the second day of our stay and we had to go down and get fresh towels when we got back to the hotel room late that night. Otherwise a wonderful hotel!

OK for the money

The room had a bad smell, the carpet was dirty and the air filters were laying on the floor and the pillows were just thrown on the bed.

Outstanding Hotel but needs Improvements

Excellent location and great service from the staff. Excellent breakfast and cocktails. Pool was not heated and this was disappointing. The room could have been cleaned better during our stay. Staff was excellent however the cleaning staff could have supplied our room better with fresh towels.

under renovation, but great room for the money

We were given a room where the phone was not working and the safe didn't have a key. When we talked to the hotel staff they immediately switched us to a room that had a working phone, but the safe still did not have a key and the television remote in the living room area did not work. Altho, under renovation, we never heard any construction-type noises while we were there. They offered small safe deposit boxes at the front desk which is were we left any valuable items while we were out. I would recommend this hotel to others because it was clean, quiet and the service was great.

Would stay again

Only complaint was the pool was cold and the hot tub was too hot to get in. Tried the hot tub again a few days later and it was ok but the pool was still cold. The breakfast was good. The hotel was full of teenagers in a tour group from Brazil ( Mid January) but noise was not a problem as they seemed well behaved and we had a room at the end of a wing so they were not passing by our room.
