the room was big but uncomfortable. The elevators are scary. We didn't sleep at all because of the banging of some door down the hall. Not sure what it was but every hour or so there was a big bang.. sounded like a door being slammed. It was close to the Quickens Loan Arena but that was it. The price of this hotel is way over what I would pay for this type of hotel.

I booked and paid for a smoking room and I received a non-smoking room for my girlfriend and myself. My room was advertised as having a Jacuzzi and there was nothing of the such. The complimentary breakfast was standing in line for 30 minutes for a couple of paper-thin slices of microwaved bacon-in-a-bag. For the money I spent, I was expecting triple the experience and that is being generous from a low-maintenance couple. If it's between sleeping in your car and this hotel, by all means pay for a comfortable bed to sleep in. If it's between this and any other hotel in the city, please be smart and research more hotels before you settle so quickly.

I pre booked and pre paid my stay - I called four hours prior to my arrival to verify my stay, however upon my arrival they did not have the rooms that I paid for available. The associate that was dealing with our party was not helpful at all. After one hour, and three attempts to check in, another associate went out of her way to help us. Our stay was nice but the check in process was a complete and total nightmare - We come to Cleveland several times a year and unfortunately we will not book at this hotel again.

There was a very disturbing oder in the lobby which could also be smelled in the room. My husband had to fix the jacuzzi before we could use it. The molding around the jacuzzi needed to be replaced. Ceiling tiles were out of place in several places. The wallpaper in the bathroom did not look like it was professionally hung. The "stopper" in the bathroom sink was missing. On a scale of 1-10, I would give my 2-night stay a 3.
