Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 11Could be better for the money
The Best Western quality but not the price. Big bathroom but not luxurious. Nice king bed. Very dark room without a nice view (parking lot).

Pool closes too early at 7pm. Signs state game room, but there isn't one. Kept hearing we are "changing things" No detergent/softener available in laundry or hotel. Could not purchase movies in room even though button on remote. They were in process of "changing" things. Too far of walk to the "T"

Stay here as your last resort! Granted, the pool was decent and they serve free breakfast, otherwise this hotel seemed like the pits. The doors/windows do not open up for circulation, which was one of my biggest dissapointments. It just seemed unclean. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody!

We had teen ager and game room under construction. Should have been told this when reserved room. Pool closed 1 day-temp 70.No movies to rent.Free HBO-no HBO on TV.Elevator smelled so bad the whole time there.Asked for sheets and blankets at 9pm did not receive until 10pm.Continental breakfast was ok. Employee stood there and kept announcing you had a choice of 2 slices toast or a bagel and could only have 1 of anything there.There wasnt that much to eat.The staff at check in were very friendly.Convenient to subway. About 15 min walk.

The color of the towels (2 out of 6) were yellow (with stains) instead of white. Bathtub is not clean as well. Shampoo and conditioner were half empty (seal were broken and used).

Check in was painfully slow, I had to return for a package that was waiting for me upon check in. Alarm didn't work.

Trip Type: Business Review 11 of 11Needs Improvement
It is located outside of the city, so you must have a car in order to get there. The guy had us checked in for the wrong night, and when I showed him the confirmation details, he acted as if he was doing us a favor by changing it to the correct night. The heat was blasting when we arrived, so we had to turn on the AC in order to keep from melting, even though it was literally below zero outside. And the main water line malfunctioned in the morning, so we didn't have any water for a shower.
