No excuse

I'm not sure if it was the dirty washcloth and towel left in the bathroom or the fact that my door didn't lock(at all) and I had to wait a day to get a new room or maybe that the only outlet that worked in the second room was so loose that you had to hold the plug in while things were charging, maybe it was the huge wet stain(not a permanent stain, but a not washed stain) on my sheets but I would only recommend this hotel to someone I didn't like or maybe a really really drunk person looking to stumble back from the bars.

Dirty and smelly

This place had a terrible smell at the lobby. The stairs and hall were really dirty and smelly. Fortunately the room did not smell a lot like cigars, but it did have some other smell that I prefer not to mention. The sheets were overused and I had the feeling that they were not washed after the previous guest. Finally, the bathroom had mold and was not properly cleaned. What a messy hotel, will never rent it again!

You get what you pay for

Positives: -Our room was a corner room so we had two windows -Bright view -Comfortable bed Negatives: -No extra pillows when we asked -The bathroom / specifically the shower was filthy -Leaky shower -Towels weren't bright white

Dirty hotel

I hate to write a bad review but it was really bad. Here is what I had a problem with. Bad things: Dirty Sheets, pillows, blankets, and comforter. (all had previous stains in it somewhere. I think they need to be replaced and not washed anymore.) Bathroom looked old and had crust on the shower head. (I showered in a friends hotel because of it) The hallway had black stains everywhere and had a bad odor. I am use to very clean hotels and I guess I took it for granted that all hotel had a minimum standard. Good things: Very friendly staff Cable tv Low price yes but I expected at least a clean room with sheets and pillows without stains.

Considering the price, I got what I paid for!

Stay Away!

Unsafe neighborhood. Staff was not friedly, Room was hot and smelled like an ash tray and a carton of smoked cigs' after a non-smoking room was requested. Bathroom was gross w/mold and hair all over the floor and in the shower w/tiles popping off the shower walls. Very loud hallways during the late night hours. Location only good if your going to a Magic game, other than that don't bother! I'm usually not one to complain about a bed to sleep in but please stay away from this place.

My wife and I attended the Magic vs Celtics game and just wanted a hotel that was cheap and close to the arena. I wish we had spent some extra money and gotten a better hotel. The room was clean, the bathroom was very tiny, and the walls are paper thin. If you ever stay here, ask for a room away from the laundry room. Besides the numerous people yelling all night up and down the hall, the cleaning ladies decided to have loud conversations from 5 in the morning until we left at 10. Its loud in the laundry room, so of course, they had to yell over the machines. I assumed they were robots, because it seemed like a breath was never taken between the two of them. Again, the room was what we paid for, a cheaper price than all the other hotels, but it would have been so much better had we just paid a little extra and gotten a much nicer stay.

Its alright if you need a cheap hotel room for a night. One night was enough for me. the room smelled funky and there was only a stand up shower in the room which was moldy. But, it was better than sleeping on the sidewalk!

You get what you pay for..

The room could have been cleaner, but it wasn't terribly nasty. The towels were dingy. The guy at the front desk was nice, and the location was pretty good. The one night I stayed was enough.

Needs Improvement

Not enough parking area. Lock on our door did not work but they did have a security guard patrolling. The room smell musty. It was close to the concert though.

Mildew

The whole room had a bad odor of mildew. I stayed one night and the gown I slept in stunk of mildew from the mattresses. Mattresses were not comfortable at all. Air conditioners were caked with mildew. Every body was nice but was not an acceptable room. Maybe the rooms on the outside might be better. We were inside. Needs complete renovation. The price was ok but I have stayed at other Motels for the same preice and mich better. But it was convenient to Amway formerly TD Waterhouse.

Much Hated!!

The hotel room was not clean, I was scared to have my kids stay there. The pool was next to the road. The area wasn't nice at all.

Needs improvement

If I had known about this hotel's condition, I will not stay for a lesser price (free). roaches and more are just the begining.
