Very small rooms and beds

Didn't like the rooms by the pool. No carpeting, tile floor and very noisy with all the people partying after the posted pool closing time. Didn't want a room by the pool but wasn't able to change.

Watch for hidden fees and not clean

When I checked in I was surprised by a parking fee that was not mentioned when I priced out the hotel on hotels.com. The beds were very uncompfortable. If you have a bad back don't stay there. I expected more for the money. Our room was never vaccuumed, sand all over. The bath room was never cleaned during our 4 day stay and the they never replaced the toiletries and coffee supplies. There was mold between the bath tup and grout and the grout on the floor in the bath room was black in spots that were used most. The pool is old and tiles are chipped off. Save your money and find a better place.

The hotel and location were nice.Unfortunitly my cigars were stolen from our room while there.

Easy access to beach and restaurants

Nice hotel close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast offerings are very good. Walk 5 minutes to beach. Staff helpful.

Less than good

This hotel needs work. Plumbingwise, the toilet belched on two separate uses, splashing waste back up to my butt. The front elevator was not dependable causing us to use the one in the far end of the building. Beds not comfortable. However a very nice buffet breakfast was provided, in a spacious dining area.

Decent Hotel

I expected more from hotel based on rating. Quality was in line with price. It was clean and breakfast was good. Limited TV and limited food options without driving somewhere.

Needs Updating

This was a great location, but an old hotel that could really use updating. Tiki bar is nice, restaurant good, right on the intracoastal is lovely, and location is right across the beach. If you like "old Floirda" it's fine, out of season rates are reasonble.
