Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 2Satisfied, But in the Dark
The breaker had tripped in our room and we couldn't get the help we needed, at first. The desk employees just thought we didn't know how to work the lights. Also the air conditioning was prematurely shut off in the hotel rooms and our room was rather warm. Overall, we enjoyed our short stay. We wished we were a bit closer to center of Rome, but the employers were helpful in giving directions and Googling maps for us. One female employee, originally from England, was extra helpful, patient and friendly as my brother-in-law, wife and I spent quite awhile trying to understand where we wanted to go on our own walking tour of Rome.

Overall very comfortable. There is a shuttle service that can take you to town or to the Metro which is very convenient. The beds were rather hard, but that was really our only complaint. We would definitely stay here again.
