Tipo de viaje: Business Reseña 1 de 136very disappointed
4 times our key did not work right after they gave us. At least 6 rooms setting are different. If yo u do not like your room lay out please change it. Some are much better than others. Some have LCD TV and some don't. If they tell you all the rooms are the same or there is no more room left, they lie. They did that do me.

Tipo de viaje: With Friends Reseña 2 de 136Most expensive valet parking ever!
The Millennium Biltmore Hotel provided an average experience for the price. Though I must admit, the cost of valet $40.00 for a night is completley unreasonable. Furthermore, its not posed anywhere when you valet your car and check into the hotel. Seems a bit shady to me.

Tipo de viaje: Romance Reseña 3 de 136Comfortable bed
other than the comfortable bed this hotel is not worth the low price paid; parking fees were nearly a third of total expended here. The sushi bar had amazing nigiri and was the highlight of the stay.

Tipo de viaje: Business Reseña 4 de 136So Disappointed I didn't stay the entire length of my prepaid trip
This hotel might have been "THE" place to stay in the early 1900's, however, I was truly disappointed. The television must have been a 17" television. The hotel is conveniently located near a Metro stop which made getting around the city easy. It was also convenient because I was registered for a meeting being held on the property. I called some friends living in LA and stayed with them after the first night even though my entire stay was prepaid. I would not recommend the location if you prefer modern properties.

Tipo de viaje: Business Reseña 5 de 136Paid a ton to park
Attended a conference being held AT the hotel and was happy to see the conference had a parking stamp...then I found out the parking stamp, which provided a 50% discount on fees, was only for people parking there for the day. Those of us who were staying in the hotel and using their garage were out of luck.

Tipo de viaje: Business Reseña 8 de 136Needs substantial improvement
I have stayed at this hotel before. I expect an old hotel like this to have certain inconveniences. However, I expect it to be clean. My room was not clean, the lampshades were torn and battered, the floor had been carelessly vacuumed and in all was unacceptable. Moreover, they were filming an episode of "Castle" in the bar. That's OK, but the lobby bar on the lower level was totally congested and had tables set up for antoher event - no room for guests. I gave up and went to the pan-asian restaurant and had what is possibly the worst sushi meals of my life, with indifferent unfriendly service to boot! I would not visit this again.

Tipo de viaje: Business Reseña 9 de 136Needs Improvement
The building is beautiful, but for the price and the reputation I was very disappointed. I walked to 5 different floors looking for a vending machine for a bottle of water. Every vending machine was either out of service or out of water. I walked down to the hotel restaurant to ask for a bottle of water and was told I would have to go back up to my room and order it from room service. I asked if there was a convenience store nearby I might walk to and I was told it is not safe for me (a woman) to walk outside alone after dark. (It was 8pm.) So I went back up to my room to find that the telephone did not work.

Tipo de viaje: Special Event Reseña 11 de 136Beware parking fee!
The hotel is nice and conveniently located, but if you are driving a car beware. The fee for overnight parking is $40.00 and was not mentioned when I booked the reservation.

Tipo de viaje: Business Reseña 12 de 136Rooms need improvement
The hotel entrance is spectacular so when we got to our room if was very disappointing. The room, furniture and bedding were old and smelled like Grandma's attic. We went so far as to go out and buy a candle. Great for making movies, as I have seen this hotel in movies and on TV. I now pick one of the more expensive hotels for the cleanliness. The price was cheaper but I guess you get what you pay for.

Tipo de viaje: Business Reseña 14 de 136Lobby pretty but rooms very poor
The location is great and the lobby is beautiful but I had a non-smoking room and the entire floor reeked of cigarretes. The room carpet had stains, there was a 15 inch tv, no room service menu, only the soap and a shower cap were in my room (no shampoo, conditioner). For the money, the rooms should have been nicer. It can be an old hotel and still be taken care of better.
