Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 48It was OK for the price.
I had several issues: First morning for breakfast I tried the Buffet, It was terrible everything was cold and dried up like it had been there for hrs. I did call when I got back from my meeting and complained they took it off the bill and gave me a voucher for buffet the following day free. I ordered dinner that night Salad and Sliders the buns for the sliders were stale and hard. The best meal I had there was the last night I ordered the daily special which was a Rib Eye Steak and it was Grand! My advice is stick to the daily special or order off the menu do not do the buffet. The desk chair in my room was broken and wobbly hard to sit and work on the computer that way, The sleep number beds are OK but I dont see the big deal no better than a good mattress.

The beds were the worst of any hotel we've ever stayed in. They sunk in the middle and were hard. It was like sleeping on rocks. We reserved a king and ended up with two queen beds that were awful. One was better than the other so we slept in that bed. The hotel is a little rundown. The room was clean but the halls were not. The staff and personnel were friendly and helpful. I would not recommend this hotel because of the horrible... and I mean horrible beds. We chose this hotel because of the ratings. It only deserves one or two stars.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 3 of 48great hotel. beds are horrible
The hotel was great, the beds were so uncomfortable. i had a real bad weekend in that room because of the beds, they didnt have anything else available because the hotel is equiped with the sleep number beds... i have tried all different settings and nothing accomodated my sleeping needs, so not only did i have an aching body, i could not relax.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 4 of 48Good for the price
Hotel is difficult to find with no outside signs. Unfortunately it took three tries to get us a room that had been cleaned. After third try we were given drink and beverage coupons. Hall carpets are in poor shape. Bartender service was good with bartender willing to look for local activities on laptop computer which was at the bar.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 5 of 48In a Bad Neighborhood
Well, the inside was nice enough, rooms okay, but on the smaller side for a suite--you had to fold up the couch to get the door open more than 1/4 of the way. Also, bathrooms did have granite counters, and soap and shampoo. That was nice. TVs in both bedroom and living room, but the one in the bedroom didn't work after a few minutes it would just screech that loud static sound. Only one elevator worked. Only one pool had water. no spa. Pool was not heated--which my husband loved, but we could only stand to be in the freezing water for 15 minutes. Only one of the water falls was on. The hotel is in walking distance to only one thing--an adult store. I am not convinced you could walk around alone safely. Far from freeway. Buffet okay, but not worth $11 each. Dinner on the expensive side...$5 American beers and $8 glasses of standard wine.

Trip Type: Business Review 6 of 48serves its purpose for overnight
Hotel has Comfort Control bed that is neither. A/C sounds like a truck driving through the room. Bathroom EXCELLENT, clean and bright. There was no hotel amenities info in the room, I had to ask the desk clerk if there was a pool. Parking is easy and guarded at night. Not a neighborhood to walk at night. Only shopping nearby is Walgreens (one block) and Safeway supermarket (3 blocks). Quick access to Metro Light-Rail .

Trip Type: Business Review 7 of 48Not staying here again
This hotel had air conditioning that was weird and loud, non-smoking room smelled like smoke, unsafe conditions, pool full of leaves/insects, and staff that were less than helpful. Would not stay here again...

Trip Type: Family Review 8 of 48The worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
First off the room I requested on hotels.com (Two queen beds) was not available when I arrived. They said they had overbooked. They offered me a suit with a king and couch bed but said I had to pay extra. The TV was missing from the bedroom. The pool outside our room was empty (middle of summer). I don't like my room serviced by the maid and I placed the do not disturb sign on the door when we left. The sign was still on the door and the maid had entered and serviced the room anyway. The main pool was full of leaves. I have stayed in many hotels all over the U.S. and this was by far the worst.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 9 of 48Stayed 1 night and charged for 3.
I reserved this hotel at the last moment due to a critical illness in the family. We had a late arrival that night (~1:30am) after going to the hospital to see the family member. When he passed away the next morning, we returned to the hotel at ~1:30pm to check out and follow the family from Phoenix back to their home town in Yuma. Later that week, I checked my CC charges and found the Radisson had charged me for all 3 nights although we'd stayed there less than 12 hours.

Trip Type: Family Review 11 of 48Alright for the $$
A bargain, and an excellent location, but this is NOT a great place if you are expecting a better quality hotel. Think Comfort Inn or Days Inn. I generally expect a bit more from a Radisson. Not bad, just a bit rundown. The pool picture are deceiving too!

Trip Type: Business Review 12 of 48Wonderful staff!!
The staff was amazing and very helpful!! But the location was very hidden and difficult to find. The rooms were nice. We stayed in a cabana room. The pool needed some upkeep and cleaning. But it was a good deal being that it was 40% off.

Hotel needs maintenance and is overall dirty in appearance. Not a very good part of time, in other words, I did not feel safe outdoors at night. Very noisy guests, but may be related to night I stayed. Pool is drained and not maintained. I wold not choose to stay at this hotel in the future.
