Don't come here.

I had a Queen bed and could not for the life of me go to sleep as it was a very humid and hot night and I had to keep getting up to work the AC as it would blow right at me. Was not able to adjust it. Finally fell asleep for about two hours when I heard 2 sets of gun shots right in the parking lot at 4:33am. Did NOT turn on the lights and did NOT peek out. The bathroom had some kind of white dusty film on everything as if it had been cleaned once and forgotten. Staff were very friendly, but they need to work at a fancier hotel to match their friendliness.

Needs Improvement

We stayed for 12 days and our room was not cleaned until the 11 day, we had to go to the office for supplies (towels, paper etc.) this was very inconvenient.

ROOM SOUNDS LIKE IS RIGHT ON THE RUNWAY OF AIRPORT

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT,ROOM SMELLS LIKE HELLS KICHEN,NO TOILETRY,SHAMPOO ETC,A/C KICKS IN AND OUT CONSTANTLY.

Worst experience ever!!!

My family had bug bites the very next day! The hotel needs to invest in better utensils in the kitchen. The airconditioning was horrible the whole room was hot!!! Over all i would not suggest this hotel to any one specailly if you have children!!!

Low rate low budget low class motel I have stayed at a lot of hotels in this chain and this one is the worst

The shuttle bus will do its upmost to drive by without stopping at Miami Airport; dirty sheets; no place to eat nearby, etc.

Broken Promises

The only reason I booked this hotel was for the free hotel shuttle. We arrived at Miami Int'l Airport and called the hotel to arrange for the pickup. They told us to stay outside terminal G and to expect the shuttle in 15 minutes. After 45 minutes, I called them to ask about the shuttle. They told me that they no longer offered a shuttle for that hotel. I could not believe that same person had told me to wait in the rain and cold about 45 minutes ago. They told me I had to take a taxi and refused to reimbursed me for the cab fare or even apologize for the mistake. Don't believe the listing when it describes free shuttle. There is none.

Nice location but not so nice hotel.

We got to our room just to find that the room was not that clean. When we open the sofa-bed (since we needed an extra bed for the children) the amount of dirt under it was horrible. They had bag of chips, pieces of cookies and dust, a lot of it. We went to use the toilet to find that it was clogged. Don't even need to discuss this further... You should know how bad a clogged toilet bowl looks, right? The location is excellent, and on the outside the hotel looks nice but I'm not sure I'd stay there again, even though the price was good.

Terrible

The room was smelled terrible like a poker game had just happened. The pillows were flat as cardboard. There was no soap, cups or any amenities - it was basically a shower with a bed.
