Positive: Spacious, comfortable, has kitchen and utensils, good location, great views from upper floors. Negative: noisy (street noise) compared to other Manhattan hotels I've stayed in. If you are looking to cook food and enjoy the spacious hotel room, it is great (provided you get a good deal). On the other hand, if you are looking to spend most of your day outside and won't be cooking, this is much too expensive.

For what I paid this hotel had as much style and extras as any I've ever stayed at. Some noise before 11pm disappeared aftwards. I was on the 3rd floor and could hear people yelling on the street. It had a full kitchen with a fridge and all the plates, silverware and glasses. The neighboorhood had a grocery store across the street and plenty of restaurants. It was within walking distance of central park. The neighboor wasn't amazing with plenty of construction. But overall I was impressed, especially for what I paid.

Very spacious studio complete with kitchenette!Extremely clean. Even had a fax machine, and had wi-fi with an exclusive security key. There was a lot of construction on the street below so if you plan to nap during the day better wear earplugs. Also I reserved a room with a king size bed but was given queen.The front desk was very friendly. Convenient to bus and subway stations.
