It was ok. During my stay they were painting the wing where my room was. The smell made it difficult to sleep. Trying to get around in the area was a bit difficult due to the location of the hotel.

I selected this hotel because of it being close to airport. I had to wait on the curb over 30 minutes to get a shuttle, 45 minutes after my bag arrived. I could have walked there faster. I did leave items in the room and they were very prompt in getting them mailed back to me.

The hotel has a good location and a free shuttle, but the furniture was old and the plumbing was too loud. The price is much lower than other hotels in the area, but it shows.

We found food inside the bed. Besides, there's no wireless internet access on the third floor. We had to go to the meeting room on first floor with ourlaptop. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Hotel is only within walking distance of one restaurant. There is nothing else around but other hotels and lots of parking lots for the airport. The shuttle bus was late by almost an hour and the staff was not very helpful with information about the area.

The entrance to the hotel was blocked by a boarded up buildling. Getting back on a main street was difficult from the hotel.The breakfast service was inadequate and dirty. There was not enough help.

Most of the reception staff very rude. Hotel is directly below incoming flights, bring earplugs. Firealarm went off at 6:ooAM without explanation.

The room we were given was not cleaned and in fact had the prvious tenant's dirty underwear still hanging in the shower. Upon complaining to the manager, he did upgrade us to a nicer room at no charge but the room reeked of moisture and stale cigar smoke and the matress left a lot to be desired.

My family was placed in three different rooms due to maintanence issues. One room the toilet didnt flush. The second room the air conditioning did not work and only hot air blew out of the vents. The maintanence man spoke only spanish so he had no way to communicate with us. Lastly, the hotel shuttle from the airport was very late. My family sat at the airport for over 1 1/2 hours waiting for a shuttle to take us back to the hotel.
