Our expectation were satisfy!!!, very good hotel for the price

Great hotel

Excellent service including a van ride to dinner as well as to the airport and they allowed us to keep our car in the parking lot for a week. Front desk was very friendly and I would most definitely stay there again!

Great room for the money

I really enjoyed tghis hotel and staff. The location is not the best but the hotel and staff were very accomodating. As a matter of fact I stayed at much more expensive hotels and they were not as clean and nice as this.

Nice Place

Pros: Nice room for the money; they go all to please their guests; fine restaurant next door; breakfast was great...hard-boiled eggs and waffles, etc. Cons: had to wait for what seems like hours for the van to pick us up at the airport

Very nice hotel with friendly staff.

This hotel was very clean and the complimentary breakfast was great for the money. The staff was helpful and friendly. The pool needs to be updated but other than that I have no complaints.

Excellent Airport Location

Great shuttle service to airport and pretty good continental breakfast. Room was on the small side but it was okay for a one night stay.

Good room for the money

Resonable price with relatively spacious room and despite proximity to airport very quiet (although noises from inside not as quiet). Decor slightly dated but clean, but did find a crumpled chips bag under a chair cushion. Airport shuttle from hotel ran on time but only starts at 6 AM.

Not bad for money

They have Full beds instead of Queen with is was to small for two people. Major problem with the keys. We have many problems getting to our room and other places in the hotel because there were something wrong with keys. Front desk acknowledge the problem and were going to fix it.

OK for the money

This place was very busy when we arrived--lots of people arriving or departing to/from cruise ships. Front desk was very busy, but staff were still friendly and accomodating. Room was OK--carpeting seemed a little old and had stains, tile floor in bathroom looked old--definitely didnt want to walk barefoot on carpet or bathroom. Carpet in hallways looked newer and cleaner. Bedding looked clean, and bed was comfortable. Room had kinda a musty smell, but I think every hotel room in Florida has that smell because of the humidity. The breakfast served was OK--plenty of food--waffles, cereal, fruit, juice, coffee, bagels, toast--fine for us before we checked out and hit the road. Overall, I think its a good place for the price--could be a lot better if they shampoo or replace the carpeting, and shoule put one piece vinyl flooring in the bathroom--would make it look a lot cleaner than the tile with dirty grout.
