OK room

Great customer service- staff was helpful and friendly. The location was also perfect. The worst part was the bed! It was small and stiff. I didn't get a good night's sleep there and usually I don't have a problem sleeping away from home- in other words, I am not very picky about beds, etc, but this one was not comfortable at all.

Okay, not great~!

The outside of buliding and lobby was clean, but the rooms....that's a nother story. There was mildew on the walls in the bathroom, very dusty and not vaccumed very well. Front desk personnel was very kind and helpful.

Needs Improvement

The sheets were terrible. We didn't expect luxery, it was the cheapest hotel listed, but they used flat sheets on the bottom instead of fitted and every time you even rolled over the sheets came off. They Could have at least used cheap fitted sheets. Also the soaps, ect were skimpy, and the "free" breakfast was only open til 10 and only consisted of plain donuts, bagels, and juice. Also, don't pay for ocean front or ocean view unless you can guarantee you are on the 3rd or 4th floor, otherwise, all you see is the road and the dune.

Good location, quality not up to expectations for the price

Pros:The location is excellent (very close to the Wright Bros. Memorial). The room had a refrigerator and microwave which was handy. Free B'fast although we did not choose to try it. Cons: The overall room comfort (quality of linens, furnishings, AC, etc.) Was what you would expect in a below average mid priced motel room. In other words, I expected better for the price. The room was not cleaned at all one day (yes, we left the room early) and toilet paper was not left for two days despite there being none. When we checked in (around 4PM) the AC was not turned on in advance and the room was so hot that we had to leave and come back several hours later (it was only just bearable then and did not get really comfortable until about 2AM due to the puny AC).
