New, garage available, nice staff

They are in the process of upgrading this hotel, so our room was freshly painted (still smelling of paint) with new bed and window coverings. It was pouring rain when we arrived, so we were grateful for the in-building basement parking (extra charge). Hotel is simple, not too far from the historic center, and has an nice breakfast buffet (which was NOT included with the price of the room).
