Overall the room was clean and no big issues. The only "gripes" would be water pressure in the shower was that of a light mist and no mini-fridge in the room to keep beverages cold. The staff was friendly so again the overall stay was OK.

There was construction above my room- so loud that I couldn't even have phone conversations. This construction ended at 11:00 p.m. and started again at 8:00 a.m.!!! I would have recommended the hotel if it wasn't for that! It was horrible!

while we were out the hotel the elevator went out. when we called the front desk they told us to take the stairs, they did not know how long it would be out. we took the stairs down 29 flights and when we got to the bottom we had a security guard go off on us for being in a restricted area. we told the front desk supervisor which wanted us to speak to another supervisor who never showed up so we left our number. he called and did not apoligize or anything, was very rude!!!!! would not recommend due to the poor customer service and poor upkeep since the elevator was out
