Needs Improvement

Check in time is not until 4pm. Although they were able to get us in a bit earlier after asking multiple times. With 3 children, it was not very kid friendly. The TV also was older and some stations didn't work well. The air conditioning in the room went from too cold to too warm. No in between. I would not stay here again. Not for the price we paid.

Be cautious

Noise from other rooms (above) and a loud air conditioner plus a totally over furnished room made this a not good over night. Expensive for a expected quiet experience

sheets and cleaner odors

the sheets smelled like ben gay, not a pleasant or fresh scent, hard to sleep.

Good Breakfast - Good staff

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. If I were to return I would take my own pillows. Myself and the 4 people I was traveling with all thought the pillows were WAY to thick, I slept without a pillow. There were these wires sticking out of the air conditioner on the floor that was connected to this thermostat that wasn't mounted on anything just laying on the floor. The windows had lots of hands prints on them, but all else seemed clean.

Somewhat disappointed

The hotel is clean and well maintained. However, the front desk staff tends to get a little overwhelmed. They did not answer the phone when I called down to get a wake up call. Also, we left at 5:30 am and there was no one at the front desk to check us out.

Less Than Expected

For the price of this hotel, we were very disappointed. They advertised a pool and hot tub, but the pool is tiny - barely big enough to justify getting wet - and the hot tub was green. The rooms smelled musty and weren't very comfortable. The upside is that they have a very nice free breakfast and it's convenient to the airport (although it is in a cluster of other hotels so the surroundings arent very nice).

Near amenities

Hotel is near hotel, free shuttle service, and near a 24 hr. resturant if you arrive late, as I did.

Needs Improvement

On arrival into room, the safe was locked, and the girl at the desk did not know how to open it. The A/C was completely frozen and the control pad would not switch it off or raise the temperature at all, no effect, so we were very cold and could not sleep because of the A/C's loud noise, until I found the plug and pulled it in the morning. I cleaned my teeth in hot water, and having looked under the sink, found that the cold tap had been turned off! Only 3 pillows were given to myself and wife (having stayed in a Wingate in North Florida, this hotel did not compare). Free breakfast was regularly running out of food and cutlery, and all the food is microwaved. They have a cheek to say that they have a swimming pool! It was freezing cold, dirty, and no bigger than a plunge pool! With one or two beds arround it.

Needs Improvement

My room was not that I requested and the Front Desk person was almost arguing with me. I stayed at the hotel before and my stay was very pleasant that is why I chose to stay again.
