We love staying here when in Tunica. They really have the nicest rooms for the money. Really comfortable but I noticed the lobby had a faint meldew smell this time, really need to clearthat up. Otherwise Place is still in good repair. I would highly reccomend.

Overall I had a great stay, enjoyed the ambience of the room. I was just a little confused by the hotel "check-in area" LOL I walked right passed them the first time.

This hotel was definitely worth it all the surrounding hotels were booked up so it was our last chance at a getaway for the weekend. The bed was huge and comfortable and there was a Jacuzzi in the room so had that extra romantic feature. The only thing I did not like was there was not any room service available. When we tried to call for room service the phone just rang forever so we called the front desk and we were told that room service was no longer a service that they offered. The restaurants in the hotel were very limited. There were better quality restaurants next door. The hotel staff was very friendly and made our stay a great one. We have already decided that when we return that we will stay at the Sheraton.

The hotel room was very nice. The room had a jacuzzi in it. The bed was firm. There were only a few things I didn't like. The ice machine was out of ice on our floor so we had to go down a floor to get ice. The vending room only had a coke machine in it. The elevators could use some work on them. They were kinda slow. As far as everything else, it was good.

I also think the elevator could also use some work on it. It was a little slow. But all in all it was still nice. The buffet was good as well as the staff.
