The room was as I had hoped for large and clean, but the staff really made this a great hotel. I am a bit slovenly by nature and noticing that they had hung my pants up on a chair and brought in the newspaper when I came back to my room was quite nice. I found the staff at the front desk and door equally helpful.

Excellent stay - for 3 days of meetings the location was an easy walk near business and recreation. Friendly staff and at a great rate.

This was my first time in Vancouver and this hotel helped make it an excellent visit. The hotel was in a great location and our room on the 12th floor had a terrific view of downtown. The beds were comfortable and the service outstanding. I will stay again on my next trip.

My reservation was listed as having two queen beds, but the beds were not even full size. Unless Canada has a different scale for their mattress sizes, they were definitely twin beds. Other than that, everything was excellent. Free internet was a plus. Close to Gaslight, Chinatown, lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Everything nicely appointed and well maintained. I especially liked the exercise room. Free weights are a luxury you don't usually get when you travel also stairmaster, bikes, and treadmill. I was actually able to get a good workout in. Even has a practice putting green outside on 3rd floor!

The room was small but very clean and well appointed, with a lovely marble bathroom and a good big bed. The main problem was perhaps because of how good a deal I got from this service, I was given a room on a low floor on the back side of the hotel with a view of an office worker at his desk. We were eye-to-eye about 40 feet away. At least it was a quiet end room.
