Nice hotel friendly people but for the price expected a lot more.

Hotelis over priced rooms were nice but for the price they charged expected a lot more .. carpet wet the second day we were there after housekeeping came. Balcony dirty. bathroom small. then they charge for parking ! probably would not stay there again.

Outstanding hotel

Everyone who work there were extremely nice. our room was huge. walking distance to the arch,cardinal stadium and edward jones dome. this is were we plan to stay when in St. Louis from now on!

Great Hotel for the money and the location

Great service - had a problem with my internet connection and the engineer came up right away and fixed the problem for me. Staff was very friendly. Great location - had a great view of the arch from our room and only a few blocks away from Busch Stadium. 3 or 4 casinos in the area, Lumiere Place was the best. Only a few miles away from the Anheuser-Busch Brewery Tour. Parking was $10/day which was better than the prices others hotels were charging.

Too many drunks

We had drunken idiots across the hall from us both nights. Security had to be called both nights on multiple occasions. People were leaning up against our door at 3:30am taking on the phone and banging on the door with both fists. After about three calls security got them quiet.

Good hotel for its location

Great location...walking distance to Arch and Busch Stadium and the football venue. Close enough to Scottrade Center and Union Station complex. Good price and great location!!!!

Doubled Charged Me

After getting home from my trip to St Louis, I now have a charge on my credit card from hotels.com and 1 for the full ammount (not just the room service) from the hotel. Now I have to call the hotel and have them reverse the charge. Not very happy about that.

good hotel, terrible room

I make a near annual trip to St. Louis and always stay here. This trip I was stuck in an awful corner room that isn't even close in size or quality to the regular rooms. They were sold out so I couldn't get a different room. Normally a great hotel, but I had a terrible room this time. Great location.

ok but could improve in some areas

I liked my room, the staff was very helpful the only problems i found was no refrigerator in the (which was a suite) and no control in the room for heat or air. Which made the a nice room uncomfortable. I had to open the windows and we were on the 23rd floor. But other than those two things it was a very nice place to stay located in a great part of the city.

Myself and husband ,sister,and brotherlaw loved the hotel . I will send other family members and friends therethey made it a nice homie place for us.
