Crowne Plaza Hotel St. Louis Downtown

Great view, great location

From my room I could see the Arch, the old courthouse, and into the Cardinals' ballpark. It was great! There are also tons of restaurants within walking distance. It's great for the money.

Worst Experience EVER

For the price, I expected much more. Unfortunately, the room had a rank odor, bugs were hanging from the ceiling, the carpet was stained, the toilet barely flushed, and the walls and wall tile were dirty. Moreover, valet took forever and room service was horrible. I will NEVER stay at this place again.

Best place downtown for the price.

This hotel exceeded my expectations - it is affordable, clean, and the service was impeccable. Close and convenient to major downtown attractions and events.

This was great

I stayed here to attend a convention. The hotel was superb. Since I did not know my way around the area, I had to ask the employees and they were very nice and helpful. Very clean, spacious room, nice view of downtown and the arch, and the extras they give you were what made it even better. Only thing to look out for are the vending machines that take your quarters. I will definitely stay here again!

Incredible Balcony Views

My partner and I have stayed at the Crowne Plaza twice now and loved it both times. One of the restaurant employees was especially kind to us and went out of his way to make to accommodate us. We will probably stay there time and time again.

Bathroom dirty

The sink and soap caddy in the shower were obviously dirty. Gross is the adjective I would normally use. The rest of the room was clean as far as I could tell.

Great Experience

The rooms were well above expectation. The only problem was the rooms were very warm and we were unable to control the temperature even by shuting off the heating unit.
