This hotel was the best hotel I ever stayed in.The service was great and the people there may you feel like you was a home.I will go to this hotel again when I am in Dallas.

Trip Type: Family Review 2 of 8great location and great room - better customer service needed
The hotel was in a great location and our room was clean and had everything we needed! It was a huge room and great for the price! Now for the down side: The driving directions sent along with my confirmation email needed some serious adjustment as they were very confusing! Also, the staff at the front desk did not meet my expectations at all when it came to being helpful and customer service. For example, when I asked about the shuttle service I was simply told that "yes, they have a shuttle." I later found out, as I was planning my evening, that you have to sign up for the shuttle in advance, something the staff should have mentioned in the first place! Of course the shuttle was full by the time I got my name on the list! I would recommend this hotel, but make sure you ask detailed questions, otherwise you won't get all the information you need.

Trip Type: Family Review 4 of 8Great find!
The hotel was recently renovated, so everything is brand new. We were surprised to find a flat screen TV and a comfortable couch (not the normal hotel cheap/hard thing) in our room. Everything was really nice and clean too. We happily would've stayed there for a week or more if our plans had been for that kind of trip. If you don't mind walking a bit, it's within walking distance of the arts and historic districts. If you're planning on wandering around downtown anyway, it's a nice, cheap alternative to the other downtown hotels.

A quality hotel with an excellent staff. Ashley at the front desk was extremely knowledgable and courteous. The hotel was a short walk to the AA Center where we went for a Dallas Stars hockey game. We were very satisfied with our stay and will stay there again in the future.

We stayed here for Dallas PBR. it exceeding our expectations by far!! We were a 3 minute walk from the AMerican AIrlines center where the PBR took place. The free parking garage was awesome. The breakfast that morning was great also. We will definitely stay here again next year!!

Trip Type: Family Review 7 of 8Comfortable, convenient, and clean
the room set up is great: a kitchenette, living area, and "bedroom." The room is really just divided by an open air bookshelf. But it has a big screen TV on a swivel. So, you can sit in the living area or in bed and watch TV. We used the kitchenette as a nursery for our pack and play. We only stayed here overnight on Thanksgiving. But will definitely stay there in the future as we regularly go up to visit family.
