Trip Type: Not Provided Review 2 of 18Hyatt Vancouver was modern and beautifully re-designed
The hotel has experienced a major renovation and the designers did it right! They used a minimalist, sleek modern approach, including the location of the plasma screen, to make this one a very enjoyable visit. The room was spacious, ultra clean, and comfortable. My only regret is the the parking lot is shared with the next door business tower and it is very difficult to handle. I suggest much better signs should be installed everywhere to direct hotel guests to the nearest elevator, which are impossible to find. It is easy to get lost, and this is not a pleasant feeling late at night in a basement with no people. I would also improve the human security, make it more visible and available in the parking lot itself.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 4 of 18Amazing hotel and service
They went all out. The manager on duty really cared about making our trip special. The hotel is so modern and the room was very clean. Such a great experience and we stay at nice hotels all around the country! Great location as well.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 6 of 18Great Room, Good Location
We stayed here a couple of days before boarding a cruise ship to Alaska. The hotel has a contempory decor and the location is great for sight seeing in Vancouver. Most areas of interest are within walking distance and there is a great Vancouver information center only a couple of blocks from the hotel. There is a skytrain station right by the hotel and a stop at the hotel for tour buses. I would definitely stay here again.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 14 of 18Great Room and Best Location
The room is awesome with stylish and contemporary furnitures. The desk is large enough for you to spread out computers, files and folders to work on a big project. The sleekly designed desk lamp is a plus. The location cannot be better -- A 24-hour McDonald, Sky Train station, Food Court with about a dozen restaurants, convenince store and a bookstore and just DOWNSTAIRS from your hotel room. The Sky Train can take you to most major attractions, so if you don't need a car don't rent one, cuz parking is $24 a day!

Trip Type: Special Event Review 15 of 18Great hotel - you can't go wrong
We had a really great stay at the Hyatt. I believe the rooms recently underwent renovations and they look great! The beds are very comfortable. There's LOTS of restaurant options in the area, and you are just around the corner from great shopping on Robson St and Pacific Centre Mall. There's a Tim Hortons next door which opens at 530am, so it's great if you need a cheap and quick breakfast early in the morning. The hotel is also right beside the Skytrain so once the airport line is ready (for the 2010 games), it will an even more convenient location. There's also a nice outdoor pool for the sunny summer days.
