Great Hotel for the $.

The hotel was centrally located in walking distance to several shops, movie theater and resturants. The pool was very clean and well kept. There were lots of chairs available to sit at and many umbrellas to use. All of the staff I encountered save one front desk attendant, were exceptionally friendly and the bellman went out of there way to help me offering to go the parking lot and load my car for me. The also started it for me turning on the air conditioner so it wouldn't be hot when we got in it. They went the extra mile!! I had a great stay there and to top it off the bed was more comfortable than my Temperpedic mattress at home ( I dont know if that's good or bad ;-)

didn't get the floor I booked

I was upset because I was traveling with a pet and I was very clear that I needed the 1st floor. While booking I mentioned it 3 times. Of course, when I got there -- no rooms available. So, I had to get up in the middle of the night several times and go down from the 3rd floor to take my pet outside. Needless to say I was not happy.

enjoyed my stay

i enjoyed the pool, especially the outdoor bar. the drinks were great! good and friendly bartenders/staff. room was clean. will come back again!

Clean room, great location. The Terrace Restaurant is excellent, reasonable price. Enjoyed our trip.

Great Hotel, next to casino

Overall, I would recommend this hotel. It's next to a casino, one block from downtown, and close to a movie theatre. The room was clean. The only gripe that I have is that they charge $8 for parking and it was hard to find parking. They should just add the $8 to the overall stay.

Needs improvement

Front desk staff needs to be more thoroughly trained. Concierge service missing. Lack of interest in wanting to help new arrivals. Surprising when you get the charges that go with this hotel chain.
