Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 10Convenient and good value
We were pleasantly surprised by the room and hotel for the price paid in this very convenient London location. Bus stop and Taxi stand right outside the door and the tube is a 5 min walk. Very good breakfast was included which made it an even better deal. Room was pleasant, clean and a decent size with large windows overlooking the V&A. Bath was OK but could use a remodel. Of all the hotels in London that we have stayed at in this medium price range, this was our favorite. Would stay here again.

Trip Type: Family Review 2 of 10Great Choice
The Rembrandt is a fantastic hotel. It's literally just down the street from Harrod's, and all the other great shops. The hotel is pristine, the beds are really comfortable. The staff is super effecient. It was our last stop on our vacation, and compared to the hotels we stayed in in Barcelona, and Florence this hotel is head & shoulders ahead of them. Also have to mention the breakfast buffet which is wonderful. Eggs, sauseage, bacon, cereal, porridge, fruit, everything you could ever want. I highly recommend this hotel. Worth every penny.

Trip Type: Family Review 6 of 10Great Hotel
Wow, an outstanding hotel. I travel all over the world and this hotel had very professional people at every level. The bed was the best hotel I've slept in, the condition of this place was very, very good. I recommend it in every way.

Trip Type: Family Review 7 of 10Cheeky Weekend Manager
Outstanding hotel in a very convenient location. Many fine restaurants within walking distance. All staff helpful (with the exception of a weekend manager). Hotel General manager made up for that poor experience and exceeded our expectations. Overall, our favorite place to stay in London.

Trip Type: Family Review 8 of 10good quality hotel
the Rembrandt is a nice hotel, across the street from the Victoria and Albert museum. It has the feel of a hotel that fits into the upscale neighborhood of Kensington and just down the street from Harrods.

Trip Type: Family Review 9 of 10pricey, but decent
You will pay for location, which is prime. Otherwise, fairly basic: instant coffee and tea on tray in room, generic toiletries, room service was not available to us when we called - had to call back later (even though written as 24 hr), and pay quite a lot for extra movies/internet/telephone calls. Decent afternoon tea available in bar, and breakfast was not bad (though not exceptional, either). The front desk was friendly and available at all hours. Not Texas-sized rooms or extras, but for location, a very decent place to stay. I would definitely recommend it, with the caution that if you are looking for unique or special, you will end up feeling ripped off. On the other hand, we did not use the spa/pool, which might very well have made the bargain seem much more worth it - it looked quite nice, and not every London hotel can boast a pool/spa...

Trip Type: Family Review 10 of 10Overall decent-not USA standards
Overall the staff were helpful. The rooms still small by USA standard, narrow hallways, not very soundproof. Good location to underground, rooms were clean, breakfast in morning was a pretty good buffet, concierge staff was knowledgeable and helpful.
