I travel often for business and I am accustomed to most hotels in Europe charging extra for everything they can get away with. I was surprised that In room and public area internet access was free of charge. A 20 GBP savings. Also, including a full breakfast saved an additional 20 GBP minimally. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay there on my next visit.

Not enough drawer space.

Excellent in every way except, as in most hotels nowadays, there is not enough drawer space.

Would stay here again

The location of this hotel was perfect for the sightseeing etc. that we had planned. It was also about two blocks from the underground. We didn't even use a taxi from the airport. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good

Good price for location

Excellent location near Harrods. Older rooms are well taken care of and service was excellent. The breakfast room was overcrowded but serviceable. Spa next door was good. If you want to stay in Knightsbridge for a reasonable price it fits the bill.

Very comfortable room, and nicely furnished. The included breakfast was very good.

Quality hotel in great location

Near Harrods, local sites and under ground station. Great Hotel including good full breakfast. Don't underestimate breakfast value. Pricy at $30 per person otherwise. They forgot a 7AM wakeup call and bartender couldn't make a stinger but I forgive them. Short comings more than offset by other qualities.

Just be sure they're not doing renovation

Nice place, but it seems unfair to be woken--on a Saturday--at 7 AM by workmen outside the room. And then to be stonewalled by the totally unsympathetic hotel staff--not good.

Looking A Little Worn

I have stayed at the Rembrandt several times on business and pleasure over the years and its begining to look worn and in need of some tidy up maintenance. Great location & staff. Don't take a car there as the parking garage around the back is being turned into a health club and now there is a 10 minute walk to the closest one.

Great Location, good value for money

Location was excellent close to transit and shopping including Harrod's. Rooms clean and some just renovated (working on going during stay). Breakfast was good. Hotel is a good value for money. Tip: Make sure you get package that includes breakfast and if you need refrigerator let them know in advance.

Good location, good service

The hotel location was just where we needed to be. The room was a nice size for London and the price was the best we found. We were sorry that the price went up so we had to change locations for our return trip. The hotel was a small hotel which added to the charm. I would book again if I return to London......did find that London was very expensive....which we knew before we left.

Great place!

Conveniently located to the South Kensington tube and Harrods. Great breakfast!
