Excellent hotel for the money

One of the best hotels we stayed at during this trip. The location is convenient to downtown and while there was some freeway construction going on, it did not disrupt us. Also, we did not notice freeway noise even though the hotel is right next to it. Room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was excellent with yogurt, fresh fruit, muffins and cereal. Also there was a spacious lobby in which to eat it, something not always present in some hotels. The only thing that could have made it better was a refrigerator in the room. Staff was very accomodating and courteous.

needs improvement

The hotel is older and not in the best area. The room they gave us had not been cleaned but they corrected it immediately and followed up to make sure our new room was clean. The beds were very comfortable, water pressure in shower was great and pool was warm but could have been cleaner. Very doubtful I'd stay there again due to condition and location of hotel.

Good Customer Service

Our rooms air conditioner was not working, so the night staff upgraded us to 2 king rooms. I don't know his name but thank you very much. The swimming pool was nice, kids had fun. Hotel was a little loud, someone was having a wedding reception?

Great room for the Money

We stayed on a Thursday night and the staff was very nice and helpful. We live in Salt Lake and just wanted to get away for the night. We went to a Bee's game which was just a few blocks away from the Hotel. The room was newly remodeled and very comfortable. The beds were very soft. We came back from the game and were freezing so we went and sat in the hot tub which was wonderful.
