Overall okay

Stayed here during the off season; for the price the room was a good deal, although it needed a dusting... ocean front view was great and no problems with the staff. My only issue was after 8-9pm the place died, while right down the road at a rival hotel the place was bustling with nightlife and things to do - shops/bars open and packed. For a younger couple like myself and girlfriend, we wished we stayed at a more 'lively' hotel during the dusk to night period.

Great room and location for the money!

Overall, a great stay! Very clean and well maintained (except for a little mildew around the bathtub). Also, the only other negative incident was someone cleaning and aggressively using the vacuum in the room next to us (including repeatedly banging the vacuum against our wall) at midnight .... why?) We will not hold this incident against the hotel since it was probably a one-time incident. Everything else was great!

Hotel with everything in reach

The location was awesome. If it rained, we swam indoors, the beach is located right outside the door as well as the mall/eats/other hotels.

Not Enough for your money.

No blaconies and you have to be 21 to do anything fun. High Security is a plus. But i will not recommend it if you had children.

Awful from Start to Finish

This trip was awful from start to finish. The check in line was long with only three people working, the room had a muggy stench, the TV was missing the remote, hotel staff was not pleasant and was not eager to assist me with me complaints. The bartender at the Liquid Bar was extremely rude and disrespectful to me and other guest. The only thing good about the hotels is the location on the boardwalk.

Great room for the money

Over all It was a pleasant experience, but We were really upset that the family had to be split up between the 2 towers inspite of calling up a head and requesting that we have rooms next to eachother.The worst of all was that I had the sleep in a separate room from my Husband as I could not leave a young guest alone.That was the most annoying part of the SERVICE!
