Hotel very humid, bathroom moldy

Hotel room very humid. Air conditioner only went off about every 15-20 minutes, which didn't cool the room down at all. Bathroom walls had mold around shower. Staff stated we could not switch rooms since there were none available.

Great room for the money

We know the hotel was very much full but the noise level was minimal,everyone in the front desk was very pleasent n helpfull...Thank you all.......

Customer Service Needs Improvement

The hotel was comfortable and clean. It was what you would expect from a room at a Super 8. The worst thing was customer service. The first night we got there my husband noticed something in the AC that looked like mold. I am 7 months pregnant so he asked if someone could look at it. The night manager came in and said it looked like fibers, not mold, and that someone would be there in the morning that could check it. He offered to move us to a different room but we were tired so we decided to wait until morning. No one ever came to look at it during our stay. Also there was a light burned out in one lamp that never got replaced and the other lamp was falling apart.

Good value for money

The hotel was excellent value for money. One should not expect luxury, as that's not what you're paying for, however, it's a highly functional, clean hotel. The staff were very friendly, for example, having missed breakfast the first morning (note breakfast is 6-9), they opened the kitchen afterwards to allow us to take a muffin and a coffee for the road. So if you're looking for a place to sleep and in convenient distance from the Falls, I would recommend it.

Very Poor Advertising of this Hotel

Saw the hotel - couldn't stay there - horrible - scary - lost our room rate. You should really check out before you advertize - area was not even safe. We drove home - 5 hours!!!
