very poor rooms for the money.

We've stayed at this Hotel several times and the rooms were always decent, never great but decent. The room they put us in was very cheap and dated. We switched rooms for the first time ever and the second room was one small step up from the first. The rooms were basically what you would expect from a budget lodge or motel 6 type place. The location and the entertainment were great.

great for parties

I stayed at the tropicana for my birthday with a bunch of friends, and it's definitely a great place to celebrate! the rooms were very large, clean, and new and could easily fit all of our guests and we got a great price! The hotel has so many restaurants, clubs, and bars inside of it we didn't even leave the hotel for the night to go out. It was pretty busy since it was Halloween weekend and we loved that there were a bunch of people on our floor to hang out with at 6am!

When can i check in?

On several occasions I have waited more than an hour to check in. They need to improve their methods or get a bigger staff for check in. I had to wait an hour to get someone on the phone for room service on a Sunday night. The decor in the west tower is all blue and white stripes, the Havana tower is worth the extra price. Other than that i love the quarter and the Tropicana has a very comfortable atmosphere.

Great Hotel!

Great Hotel. Clean rooms. Booked 2 rooms for 8 people (4 in each room) & we really appreciated that the rooms were right next to eachother!!!
