Good hotel

Really pleasant and comfortable hotel close to the airport and with an easy access downtown and to the main highways. Rooms are clean and comfortable, even few of them are a bit noisy due to the proximity of the airport. Overall, I would appreciate to meet in France hotels of such a quality for a so moderate rate.

Convenient and well-priced

Benefits: (1)Hotel is convenient to both the airport and downtown/Temple Square. An added bonus - it is nextdoor to the offsite car rental stations, making it easy to pick up and drop off a rental car. (2) The room comes with a free hot breakfast at the included restaurant. (3) The price was quite reasonable. Faults: (1)The pool is miniature (for small kids) and is indoor right next to and using the same air as the restaurant. (2) The spacious wardrobes had no clothes hangers, although the desk did provide me with some. (3) Although it is only a 5-minute drive from the airport, I was told to wait at the airport late at night for 15-20 minutes for their shuttle.

Price is right for what you get

We chose this hotel because of the price and the free breakfast. The breakfast was great. The servers were not. They did not keep their personal conversations to themselves. The girl checking us in was more concerned about her cell phone than helping us. The room was always cleaned nice, but the room above us had a squeaky floor. It was not horrible overall, but the only time we were there was to sleep.

Well Used

Just like you would expect for the price. Well used next to the airport. Not the cleanest or nicest, but have stayed in worse. Would recommend if all you were looking for was a place to sleep and catch a shuttle.

Great room for the money

For the price, this was a great hotel. I would stay there again. It was clean with a convienent location.

Nice and close to the airport

It was very close to the airport and we really liked our room. Our only problem was the hot tub was not in repair and we really looked forward to having it. Also they only gave us 2 free breakfasts when we had four people. The staff was fine but pretty much kept their distance - not overly friendly.

No follow through

My stay at the hotel was actually pretty good. However, when I arrived home I noticed that I had left part of my cell phone AC charger. I called Sunday night and asked that they please check the room to see if it was still there. The front desk clerk said she would go check, and call me back. I gave her my number and waited. No call. I called Monday morning and had a similar conversation. Again, a promise to check the room, and call me, and again, no call. I called Monday afternoon, same promises, same promises broken. Finally, I called Tuesday morning. The front desk clerk put me on hold and checked the room. She was extremely courteous and professional, and she actually reported back to me as promised. Of course, by that time, the charger was no where to be found. If the earlier staff had been as competant and reliable as she was, I probably wouldn't have to buy a new charger for my phone. This was pure laziness and a lack of professionalism and integrity. Sad, very sad.

a bed for the night

If that is all you need, this may be the place. Could hear the people upstairs but that didn't last long... Bed was comfortable and the cooked breakfast was good.

great hotel

This is a great and very quiet hotel. It is close to the airport and easy to find. The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. The free breakfast was outstanding with 2 eggs, bacon or sausage, hash browns, toast or english muffin. Best free breakfast we've ever had at a hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definately recommend this hotel!
