Made our reservation months ago and when we checked in all they had was a handicap room with no bathtub.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 3 of 30Good Hotel for the Cost
We stayed for three nights and were very happy with the room, especially when you compare the costs of other hotels in the same location. The room was clean, the bathroom was modern and clean and the staff was very helpful. Would stay again.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 4 of 30Great Place to Stay
I stayed for 3 days and couldn't believe how close I was to everything in London...you are pretty much in the middle of all of the sites to be seen. The hotel was very nice...great size room, comfortable bed, very modern, nice bathroom. I would stay again!!!! Don't miss out on staying in the heart of London.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 5 of 30Great Location
This hotel is in the perfect location if you are looking to see all the touristy sites. We were only a few minutes from Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster, the British Museum, and a bunch of other sites. We noticed on our last day that the Benjamin Franklin house was right across the street! If you don't mind walking a bit you can even walk to the Tower of London and Saint Pauls, or you can take the tube. There are a ton of restaurants right next to the hotel, and the National Gallery is right behind it. This hotel is really modeled for the business traveler, so no frills, but you can't beat it for the price.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 6 of 30Nice Hotel, great location
The rooms were clean and modern, and well furnished. The hotel lobby was not very impressive, and facilities were minimal. For a British hotel it was very good, not great. Location is excellent.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 7 of 30Great room for the money
The hotel was in a great location and the room was a bit small but fine for a London Hotel. Only real complaint was that the room was freezing and we were unable to adjust the temperature.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 9 of 30Fabulous Location! Central to Tube and Trafalgar Square and Tube.
Very corporate businessman's hotel. no outlets in the bathroom for curlers, etc. not designed for women. Don't expect a convience store or cafe, but hotel is very new & clean and staff is helpful and friendly. mini-mart at the end of the block.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 10 of 30Great Hotel- location and for the money
Two of my friends and I stayed at the hotel for five nights and four days and we couldnt have been happier with our choice. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was a pretty good size and clean. Everything you could want is in the room or in a closet down the hall for you to get from (iron, extra shower caps, soap). Also the hotel provides empty bottles free of charge that you can fill up on each floor. The location was great...just steps away from Trafalgar square. Its walking distance to most sights and there are a couple of tube stations around so we never had to take a cab. Leicester square is about a 5-10 min walk so you could go out at night and just walk back to the hotel. Overall it was a great experience. I would definitely stay here again if I return to London.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 11 of 30Great Location
Loved the hotels. The location is great. It is pretty close to a lot of the major sites within London. The underground station is a block from the hotel. Very convenient. The hotel itself was pretty good. The environment was clean. They also have a water bottle station where u can fill up your bottle with clean purified water if needed. Loved that particular feature. The room was of decent size. Space was good. The wireless internet was not working but they had a hub so it was easy to get online. The bed, though stated as queen, was more a full size bed. The bed in itself was not very comfortable for me. But I am sure not everyone will have that issue. Bed comfort is an individual thing. Overall loved the place. I would recommend this hotel highly. Watch out for the breakfast. If your room does not include breakfast the charge is 9 pounds per day.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 12 of 30WAYYYYY exceeded expectations!
I got a great last minute deal on this hotel and could not believe how great it was. Location was smack in the middle of London city center- Trafalgar Square with almost all key tourist spots within 15 minute walking distance. DEFINITELY coming back! Great room, great service, great location!

Trip Type: With Friends Review 13 of 30Great location, okay hotel
You can't beat the location of the hotel - easy walking distance to most of what London has to offer. There is nothing wrong with the hotel itself, but nothing spectacular either. Service was adequate but not overly friendly. The inclusion of free laundry services and purified water was a nice touch. The room itself is clean. We had a kitchenette, though used it less than we thought we would - there are plenty of places nearby for an affordable snack or meal. We had a room on the 2nd floor facing the street and it was VERY noisy, so bring earplugs. Bottom line: if you're not looking for over-the-top customer service, you realize that there's no such thing as an affordable hotel/good deal in London, and you want a great location, this hotel serves its purpose.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 15 of 30We expected more
The hotel was nice, clean and nice rooms but the service could have been better. We asked for a bed with two rooms and got a room with one queen-size bed and the air-condition did not work. The location of the hotel was great.
