Needs Improvement!

The hotel was very nice... The service, however, was horrible! When we first checked in at the front desk, the people were very quiet and not friendly. There was weddings going on and it was very loud in our room. Our car got locked in the parking garage over night (which was never told to us that it gets locked!), we had to be at an appointment at 8am and it took someone an hour to come unlock the gates at the parking garage. Parking was very inconvenient.

Needs Improvement

Check-in process took 20 minutes. Hotel did not have reservation information from hotels.com. Room requested, 2 queens, not available. We did get upgraded to a suite. A/C didn't work, water pressure in kitchen very low. Check-out process took another 20 minutes. Room charges on bill were incorrect, room service on bill (no room service used).
