Trip Type: Business Review 2 of 21High Quality, Low Price
The hotel was in a beautiful residential neighborhood - safe for a morning jog. It was only a quick 10 - 15 minute drive to downtown! I'm definitely staying here again.

Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 21poor service
In a hotel that was about 40% full I was put in a room next to the employee entrance. I was awoken at 5:00 am to the sound of slamming doors that went on until well after 6:00. When I checked out I was told they would take it under advisement. Not what I call customer service!

Trip Type: Business Review 8 of 21Just OK
The hotel is somewhat remote. AC in the room was horrible. Charging $10 for internet service at a hotel of this standard seems tacky. Breakfast was good but the voucher only covers $12 of the $14 charge; seemed odd...

Trip Type: Business Review 10 of 21Great Value
The hotel is located in the middle of a residential neighborhood, but is secluded. Beautiful buildings and garden. Rooms a bit small but tidy and very comfortable. Would stay again.

Trip Type: Business Review 11 of 21Great hotel, towels a little scratchy
I had a very easy time finding the hotel using standard online map/direction websites. The hotel grounds were very attractive. During my interactions with the staff, they were all very professional and courteous. The hotel room was a little smallish, but it was a single and I was only there one night so that wasn't a big deal. The room did have a little balcony with a table and chairs, which was clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable with an abundance of pillows. The room had a lot of natural light and also easy to find light switches. The bathroom was clean, full of great light and the inside door was covered with a huge mirror which made makeup and dressing very easy. The sink and vanity had lots of products for me to use and were very clean and spacious for a woman. My only complaint was that the bathroom linens were a little scratchy and not quite as nice as the rest of the experience. Other than that it was a great experience.

Loved the hotel. The only bad thing was the shower. The breakfast was awesome.

Very interesting and comfortable. It was difficult to find and the surroundings were disappointing but I would return next time I'm in the area.

Trip Type: Business Review 14 of 21Very impressed
Before we get into how great our stay was, I will have you keep in mind that we stayed on a "low capacity" Thursday night. Our room was wonderful and clean with the exception of the comforter on the bed (which was gorgeous but dirty, a common occurrence in hotels). When we walked in, the room had a wonderful fragrant smell as opposed to a chemical clean smell, which we thought to be pleasant. It was a quiet stay for us (not sure how our neighbors felt, since my husband had a bad cough). We were up on the third floor and had an adorable balcony which overlooked the grounds and the front of the mansion. The staff was helpful at all hours for odd requests like forks and help with tying a tie ("Michael" ties a great full Windsor). All of this for the price we paid? Unbelievable.
