Needs Improvement

For starters, when I booked the room it said that there was a king bed and two double beds. When we got there, we only had two double beds to sleep 3 adults and 2 children. The room was clean, at first the staff was nice, but the hotel needs a little tlc. We could have stayed at a nicer hotel for the same price if I had known that there were only two beds in it to start with. When we went to check out, my credit card had already been charged for the room and so I just went to turn my keys in like at any other hotel. Well, they told me that I had to pay $5 for parking and $1.50 for the safe. I never used the safe, we were only there for 1 night. They did not keep my credit card on file so my husband had to pay for it as my wallet was in the car. After leaving I realized that I left my driver's license in the room and called back. It took them two days to respond to my several calls and then they told me that it was not found. I was kind of disappointed in the after math.

Great room for the money!

When I booked this hotel I was scared to see what it was actually going to look like....... (it was too cheap) But I was pleasently suprised! The room was clean!!!! It even had a mini kitchen with a stove!!! I will definately be staying here every time I go to the beach!!

Room was filthy!

I have never stayed in such a filthy room before. There were quite a few problems: 1. Walls were dirty; paint was chipped 2. Stove was rusty 3. Bath vent was rusty, very dusty and did not work 4. Bath wall and ceiling had hair stuck to them 5. The worst problem was the sliding glass door to the balcony. 5.A. Sliding Door track was so full of dirt and debrie, you could barely shove it open using two hands and your body to do so. (Can anyone say: FIREHAZARD?) 5.B. and there were chicken bones and toenail clippings on balcony...???... Issue was addressed to Customer service Desk...The young man behind the counter said he only worked there one day a week and the woman said that they were only a 2.2 rated hotel, our booking page showed a 3.2 rating) and the cleaning staff had been backed up for a few days. If this is the case, WHY are they renting the rooms out dirty? I expected much better conditions..

the breakfast could have been better

The Hotel over all was a good experiance. it was right on the beach with a great view from the front ballcony (over looking the pool area) and back ballcony (ocean view). the breakfast in the morning was not that good. only had bagels and cereal.

Needs improvement

No jacuzzi, in repair at time of visit not enough toilet paper for 4 people, had to call for it Needs to have a sign on the kithen door stating it is the kitchen 5.33 charge for parking. that is utterly riduculous!!!!!!!

if you want to pay for ammenites but not get them. they charged me to park.

Needs Improvement

We had a great time. And the hotel was not bad they have been doing renovations and the grounds needed tending. Bathroom fixture need up dating and the wobbly toilet need addressing other than that it was not to bad.

Spring Break Getaway

My friends and I had a great time here. Staff was friendly, continental breakfast was adequate, hotel right on the beach, what more could you ask for?
