Trip Type: Not Provided Review 1 of 11Not a 3 Star
If you are looking for a 2 star quality hotel this might be fine, the bed in the double room was small for 2 people and very uncomfortable. Compared to other 3 star hotels I have stayed in while in Europe this was the worst. The room is tiny and needs updating. No AC and even with windows open the air would not circulate. When we asked questions at the front desk the staff was of no help. The front lobby is nice and new but do not expect your room to look the same.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 3 of 11An adequate but overpriced room
Perhaps it's the exchange rate, or perhaps London really is the most expensive city in the world, but the Enterprise Hotel rooms are really quite cramped and shabby for the price paid. The bathroom was particularly depressing, and there was a humming noise that went on and off at regular intervals outside the window (which looked out on an air shaft). Nevertheless, it was clean enough, and the location is quite convenient.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 4 of 11good value
The lobby is wonderful ... and air-conditioned. We were there during an unusual May heat wave; our room was 84 degrees at night, with the French doors wide open. Fortunately, the lobby was cool so we watched the Sunday soccer game on their flat screen TV. The room was extremely small (8'by 12', including the bathroom) but we had read the reviews and were prepared (sort of!). Since our room overlooked the street (hence the French doors which opened onto a 4' by 8' balcony), we caught all the noise, which was considerable since there is a pub at the end of the block (which had good burgers!). Overall, very good value for this hotel -- just be prepared for the noise and the tiny rooms ... which balance the great location and the incredibly low price.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 5 of 11Great hotel for the price
I have to say the hotel was better than I expected. The lobby area is really nice. We booked a 2 bed and we got a triple, so our room was pretty spacious. the rooms were very clean and i liked the fact that we needed to put in a key for the power. i would recommend it if you're planning to stay most of the day out or if you're staying for 1or 2 nights as the walls are pretty thin and our only night there, we had to deal with the people downstairs complaining of noise (we had just being there like 15 minutes)

Trip Type: Special Event Review 6 of 11Great for anyone going out and about
My room (#405) was sufficient for my requirements: double bed, toilet, shower, TV, mirrors, the bare minimum walking space around the bed to the bathroom, and two short walking steps from the toilet to the shower. My stay was during the second week of December 2007, so what control I had over the radiator-provided heat was to open the window. The hot water from the shower was always available when I showered (usually late morning or late night), though there was a moment one late night where washing my hands the water got no warmer than lukewarm. The hotel staff was generally friendly. The key to my room also has a large plastic key necessary to turn on the electricity for my room. When leaving the hotel I had to return the key to the front desk on the way out, so there's no opportunity to lose the key. Upon my return, the staff recognised me by the second day as the guy in 405, so there IS a bit of a personal touch. I could hear people milling about in the hallway from inside my room which is only irritating if you're trying to sleep, but it never reached a level where something had to be done about it. Oh, and the elevator is fairly slow-moving and small (fits two people with luggage at best). It's an old building. One must adapt. The hotel location in Kensington is extremely convenient and within easy walking distance from Earl's Court Station of the Underground (subway), two or three national banks with ATMs, McDonald's, Burger King, Subway, a decent grocery store, three Internet cafes, three or four pubs, decent restaurants and a keen bakery. I'd certainly stay there again as a single or with one other person.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 7 of 11A great value in central London
This hotel is a little gem perfect for travelers who are not hung up on having an American-sized room. The lobby/lounge has been recently refurbished with sleek, modern furniture. Rooms are big enough and bathroom was so clean and new it sparkled. Front desk staff exteremely helpful and trustworthy. Location 1 block from Earl's Court tube stop with access to Picadilly, Circle and District lines was fantastic The Enterprise is an excellent choice if you want to have a clean, safe, well appointed room conveniently located to the tube in order to see the major sites in London. If you want to lay around the hotel all day, you're better off with a different property. Business travelers might get frustrated with the very small desk area, and families with children might feel cramped.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 8 of 11Great Location, adequate accomodations
The location in Earl's Court is very convenient to the Tube and a vibrant district of London. The room we had was small and the bathroom was micro ie no room to bend over to dry your feet. Clearly a converted single family of splendid days past do not expect anything reminiscent of the old home. Very modern decor in the lobby and bedroom decor was "early IKEA" plus normal wear and tear. The only real negative was a dribble out of the shower on Sunday morning that was explained to us as "nothing they can do anything about" "It happens on the 4th floor when too much water is being demanded by the neighborhood." Every other day and night we had decent water pressure. The staff was pleasant. This is a good place to stay if the only thing you plan to do there is sleep and clean up.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 10 of 11Good value for the money
One of the best features of this hotel is its location. With its proximity to the Earls Court Tube, which is on both the Picadilly and District lines, it is easily accessible from Heathrow and an excellent jumping off point to see tourist sites in London. Earls Court Road is loaded with cafes and restaurants. The staff were very polite and helpful. The Enterprise is on a nice quiet street. However, the walls seem rather thin and we were kept awake one night by noisy neighbors. And the rooms are extremely small. The website said that a continenetal breakfast was included, but our booking through hotels.com apparently did not include the breakfast so that was a disappointment.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 11 of 11I got my money's worth
Since I didn't pay much per night for the room, I got what I paid for. The rooms are very small, the bed was very uncomfrontable, and the shower was either scalding hot or ice cold. On the plus side, the location was great (less than a block from the Earl's Court tube station), and the price was low.
