Great room for the money since you will only be using it to shower and sleep.

Awesome prices! Little run down but that is due to the recession. I will stay there again.

Maybe i am being rough, but the place looked run down for a fairly new hotel. Casino area was not so bad, but non smoking room smelt like smoke.

Ok for the money

When we got there we had to wait 2 hours for our room to be cleaned and inspected. The door wouldn't close and latch so maintenance came and couldn't fix it, the only way the door would close and latch is without the latch plate. He left the latch plate off, but then reset our door after we left so when we came back we had to go back to the front desk and get new keys. Total inconvenience. After that the stay was fine. Its pretty much what we expected for the money we paid. Oh and when I reserved the room I was told there was a resort fee which conveniently went up by $5 the day we arrived. Surprise!!!

Watch out!! Dirty doesn't describe it!

We thought it had a 3 star rating....however that is NOT the case! We had a dirty tub, smelly sheets, stains on the carpet, and much much, more! We tried to leave, but they charge you for the first night stay. We stayed, but couldn't get any room service. After 20 mins of calling them, I tried the front desk only to be informed they are backed up? Wow since when? Do not plan to eat in the Dan Marino cafe...it was horrible! Stay away from this place!!!

Great room for the money

For a older building very clean and well maintained. Our room was very clean and quiet (was on the 4th floor) everything worked well. Nice pool & hot tub, with a very friendly staff.

Hooters,...yuck

We stayed in "the Bungalos" and let me tell you....what a dive! I think that this place has been around since dirt and Hooters must have taken it over as part of their property. The floors look like they haven't been cleaned in years, as does the toilet and showers. I didn't even want to take my shoes off. The balcony door wouldn't lock either. If I didn't get such a cheap deal and had it not been for my pre-paying for the room I would have left. It was awful. The pool area was also VERY small and the water ICE COLD! we never got in once. I hate to give bad reviews but I just can't keep my mouth shut on this one. DONT DO IT!!!

If you dont mind stiff sheets

When I stepped into my hotel room I looked at the beds and realized that they gave my boyfriend and I two doubles instead of 1 queen size. When i tried to call the front desk i saw that the phone didnt have a keypad so i couldnt call downstairs.I noticed that it did have a balcony so my boyfriend opens the sliding door and the door comes off the track. It takes a while to put the door back together then we go to the front desk. They apologized and gave us another room but the only room they had was in the smoking section. When I get to the room i want to lie down and take a nap before hitting the strip. When I lay my head on the mattress it smells like smoke. Regardless of the smell I take a nap. When I wake up I see a hard shelled bug crawling near my face! I look around the bed and i see 3 more smaller bugs! My boyfriend finally went down and they upgraded us to a better room. This was a bad experience and in the end I still had to pay for the room (not the upgrade but the room). If you dont care what your room smells like or what the sheets feel like then this is a perfect inexpensive place.

service great, cleanliness... not so much.

Considering the price we paid, our stay wasn't half bad. Employees were great however the room was rather dirty. Soap scum in the tub, could have vacumed a little, etc. Overall, the stay was ok but not the best.

Need new housekeeping staff

When we first walked into our room, it was true to the pictures we saw on Hotels.com. No complain there. We walked into the bathroom, everything looked fine at first. Then I noticed the tub was dirty and rusty around the drain area, and then further notice a razor cover stuck at the drain. The inner shower curtain was moldy. We left a note for the housekeeping the next morning, asking them to clean the moldy curtain, but there's not much improvement at all. They gave us one of those connecting rooms and the door between two rooms have a 3 - 4 inches gap from the ground. So needless to say, we could hear our neighbor's conversation clearly. And we could hear them turned on the TV at 3 in the morning and stayed on the Hotel information channel for a long long time. We could also hear their alarm on the iPhone went off at 6 in the morning for 15 minutes (and no, they did not hear that themselves!). After being waken at 3am and 6 am, we were once again woke up by noise around 8 am. This time was by the maintenance crew of the hotel. They are doing some remodeling in the room on the same floor. So they started hammering and banging, just like every other maintenance crew do their work. Our neighbor called the front desk to complain, and yes, we could hear that clearly too. The next two days, the housekeeping crew knocked on our door before 9 am. Yes, we did not hang a "Do not Disturb" sign, but that's because there isn't one in our room. I actually never stayed at a hotel where Housekeeping knock on the door at 9! There were a pile of dirty dishes and trays from Room service outside of our room where the service elevator is located. It stayed there for two days until someone came and clean them up. The ice machine and the beverage vending machine were not working on our floor, we had to go down to another floor to get ice. I dont think the Hooters can be a three star hotel!!!

Great service , Great Hotel

I just need to say that this hotel is great, I really like the services that they give to the people, everybody is friendly and they help with any excuse, also the rooms are great and very clean, the bed is very comfortable. I really like to stay in Hooters every time I travel to Vegas, I recommend this hotel to any person that is looking for great service and nice place to stay.

Good room for the money

The Casino was small compared to the other, but the view from Ocean Bay Room was pretty amazing. The pools were great, there was always a Security man. There is Disco you can go, I was there for a while because the waitress took our drinks... so we left... it was rude...
