great room for thr money

this hotel was very clean, service was excelent and the best thing it is close to the falls, you park your car in it's parking lot and walk to the falls.

Very close to everything around and in walking distance. We had a great view of fireworks from our window.

Good choice

well maintained hotel within walking distance to all the Falls attractions. Room was rather small but clean. There is a pool, lounge, cafe and restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast buffet at the restaurant was good (no complementary breakfast though).

Beat Up

The hotel is in need of some minor renovations. Walls were beat up and dirty. Bathroom was in poor condition. Even lobby and elevator walls were beat up. Great location and decent price though.

great room for the money

beautiful room with good service. two blocks away from niagara fall with such a rate is really out of my expectation.

Great loc

Walking distance to the park and Falls. We didn't need to move the car. Hotel is fine, clean and basic - there is no view of the Falls from here.

The hotel location is very close to the falls, but it's not clean, the WIFI signal is very weak in the room.

Better than anticipated

Clean and updated hotel with friendly front desk staff. Room was updated with plenty of room for 2 adults & 2 kids. Pool area with comfortable area for adults to watch children in the water. Located within walking distance to all Falls activities.

Nice location.. but small room.

We stayed here for a day. The location is very nice, walkable distance from the falls. Hotel room/bathroom was very small. The furniture was not gr8.

Great room for the money

The hotel was walking distance to the falls. The room was comfortable. Nothing special about the view. The service was great. We arrived about 3am & they gave us a late check out without us asking for it or charging us extra.

Too expensive for the kind of room we got

The room was on the first floor next to worker quarters and maids rooms. The room was in a ok condition. There were big trolleys filled with towels and other cleaning material as soon as you step out of the room. To get to the room we had walk through a swimming pool area or a restaurant to get to the room. I was not happy with the location of the room after paying a lot of $$$. Since i have always liked Holiday inn i would still recommend it to others. The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything in the park area.
