Enclave Suites At Orlando by Sky Hotels and Resorts

Great Accommodation for Price...

I was sufficiently satisfied with Enclave Suites. The hotel was clean, service was adequate and 2 bedroom suite was comfortable. Some upgrades are needed in the rooms but for the price I couldn't really ask for more.

i rather sleep in my car

i waited 2 months to meet with family and friends got to the room, the rugs were torn, sheets and bedding were stained and the were roaches crawling through the vents.we went to the front desk at 3 in the morning after returning from universial studios halloween horror nights {this was the real horror},the manager bill said the rooms were "hit or miss"some were better than others i guess we got the miss!!! keep driving fast!!!!

the hotel needs to be updated,in every part of the room,you could see stains on the couch,curtains & walls,it was in a great location but that was it...I would not stay there again.

Not bad...

I chose this hotel for its location and distinct beauty. When I arrived for check-in the staff was very kind, unfortunately they gave me a studio when I had paid for a two bedroom suite. I had to walk back to the office to rectify the situation. The suite we received was decent, it wasn't the cleanest room, but I have seen worse. The elevator carpet was FILTHY as well. My stay was worth what I paid. I would stay there again.

Needs Major Improvement

Our hotel room had issues with the air conditioning and therefore, made for a very unpleasant stay. There were also spiders in the beds. I have to admit, I'm 1 for 1 now as the first stay was much better. Don't know what happened in a year but I'm definitely not sure if I will stay again. The cleanliness of the rooms were far worse then the last time I stayed there and being as packed as it was, it just didn't meet the satisfaction I thought it would. Very disappointed.

Great Location to Universal

Went to Universal for the weekend with 4 other friends, the room slept 5 comfortably. The hotel was very easy to find and in a great location! Loved the fact that the indoor pool/spa was open 24 hours and the onsite store and pizza hut were very conveient for late night munchies and staff was super friendly! Hotel within walking distance to several restuarants and attractions. Highly recommend staying here for more than one night!

Ok for the money

Location is great if your going to Wet N Wild. Beds were a little hard. Nice view of the pool area. Bathrooms were a little small..Rooms was nice for the money. The indoor pool is nice, you never know when it's gonna rain in FL.

Needs Improvement

When we got to our room the AC was broken, there were moths in the bathroom, bedrooms, living room, and roaches. There were no TV's. We requested another room who fortunately had A/C and not insects but the mattresses were worn out. Also, are rooms were not cleaned after our first night. Though the price paid was economical for the suite, it's true what they say "You get what you paid for".

needs improvement

personally I didnt like the fact that the room looked old and worn out..for instance the couch looked like it was atleast 10 to 15yrs old the material was all faded and worn,pretty much to make a long story short for as cheap as the room looked it wasn't worth what i paid for it..as for security..thats a joke...my friends and i were out late the night we stayed there and upon returning we took notice of 4 or 5 security guards huddled in a little group talking and joking around with one another...we forgot which building was ours because they weren't clearly marked building 1,2,or 3 so instead of them helping us find our building they just stood around talking for all they could have known we could of just been people off the streets looking for trouble..

Good for the price

Well for the money that we paid it was good but the beds were hard!! as rock!!!! we stay 4 days 3 nights we dint stay at the room whe were always in the parks or doing stuff but for the comfort of the room i give a 0 and the master shower was small other wise everything was good they have a full kitchen with everything!!! and the location was fantastic is close to everything..and plenty of restaurant and night life...

You get what you pay for...Room wasn't ready on time...3hrs after check in! Beds are old and uncofortable. NEEDS Remodeling!
