Trip Type: Not Provided Review 1 of 41More Than Needs Improvement
The hotel which was supposed to be a suite reminded me of a cheap econolodge, as soon as you walk in there is a high smell of pine, it boasts about the views but we were on the first floor and all we could see was dirty lawn furniture and the parking lot, the beds were horrible made noise the pillows were like pancakes the bedding was like a 1hr motel lodge, hard, old, dingy and had holes in it. I stayed with 4 other family members and we were all disgusted and disappointed for what we paid.I've stayed at 2.5 stars before but this was a negative 2.5.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 4 of 41Good room for the moeny
Negatives: We tried to call guest services three separate times and no one answered. I believe they seriously understaff themselves. The "breakfast" was a joke. It was a "to-go" breakfast that included a piece of fruit, a danish, and a small juice. There was a buffet, for a price. Positives: The room itself was nice and very clean. The location was perfect, within a short walking distance of Wet N' Wild water park. They do have shuttles to most of the parks, but its a VERY limited schedule.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 5 of 41Worst Hotel Ever
First the room's key would not work. I only stayed there for a couple of days, and I had to go to front desk to have them give me new keys. Seems like others had the same problem. Then when you tell them that it may be the locks that are having problems, they tell you that sometimes if you place your key next to your cell phone it can deactivate your key. I mean come on, I have stayed at plenty of hotels and have never had so much problems with a key. Second, the rooms smelled, and for being a smoke free hotel, I couldn't understand why. Third, the bathrooms were dirty and molded very badly. I couldn't bare taking showers in there tub. Fourth, the beds were not comfortable at all. When you even sat on them, they would squeak so badly. All in all, this is the worst hotel that I have stayed at. I even booked with them suites, but I felt that the price wasn't bad for suites, but they could do better for acting so prestigious.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 7 of 41check in
we got there early at about 11:30 am. After setting up our room selection so that when we got back to check in at 3:oo everything would be ready, we got back at 4:30 and our room was still not ready so we has to set everything up again. Other than this we were happy with the room.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 8 of 41It was great
So.. the hotel was great because we were close to everything its pretty much on top of international drive Popular Spot in Orlando. Also it was so nice for us being young to go to the pool in the middle of the night that's because the indoor heated pool was 24/7 def. makes it 100 times better. we had great amenities and the rooms were not that bad. Yeah so a bit of maintenance but w.e it was cheap fun and would def. go back again even though the staff could be a bit more helpful when we ask for something and we get it the first time not 5 times later but w.e shi*t happens oh well it was a great time and i loved relaxing but the pools all day long..

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 13 of 41Very Comfortable
The rooms were very clean and spacious. Close to all major theme parks and attractions. Only complaint is I reserved a room with a balcony one week in advance and when I got there I ended up having to upgrade because none of those rooms were available, so I had to spend an additional $22.00, but overall it was a very comfortable hotel to stay at and would recommend to anyone.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 15 of 41Nice hotel, terrible bed
I loved the hotel, the proximity to everything I wanted to do, the pools and the service but the room had the most horrible bed I've ever slept in. I do not understand why a hotel of this size would have such uncomfortable mattresses. There was 4 of us and they considered a double bed and a pull out couch to be sufficient. The pull out couch was so uncomfortable that even my kids complained. I really hope they wise up and make this upgrade because the rest of the hotel is really great. I liked that my room had a little kitchen and a coffee maker although bring your own sugar and creamer because they don't provide it. And don't expect to get full from the free breakfast because it was an apple, piece of pound cake and some expired orange juice. Just be aware of all this before you book but don't let it deter you because for the money, it is a nice place wtih a nice balcony and pools. The location is perfect.
