great room and location for the money

this is my tenth time to orlando and this time was the best.Transportation,activites,parks shopping and great food were right at your fingertips.Everyone that i got in contact with were very helpful.Bernadette at the Enclaves made me feel welcome.Fight now i am planning to go again in October if the price is right. Thanks to the staff at Hotel.Com too.great trip guys. Patricia Gumbs

Needs Improvement

House keeping & maintenance good. electronic key system to enter building and room terrible, grab & go continental breakfast a joke the bed was not comfortable at all, vanity falling apart

Better Options Elsewhere

The check-in clerk was non-interested in customer service. The "Free" breakfast was a joke(You pick-up your box breakfast at the Pizza Hut and take it to your room). The room was dated (60's style) and was clean, however, the sheets and towels were thin and well used. The beds were extemely hard. The bathrooms were small and the showers especially small. Any bigger person would not fit. It could be a cool place if they spent some money on updates and new linens. I would recommend that you look elsewhere, especially if your looking for something nice. As a short business stay (without my family) is was OK.

Great room for the money!

Got a great rate for an unplanned trip to one of the busiest cities in Florida. I only wish I had been able to stay more than one night. The continental breakfast was the most disappointing part ONLY because there was no choice as it came pre-packed.

Tired but has posiabilties

This location has great possibilities, the roms are datesd and the fit and finish needs help....Bottom line is that for the money would stay there again

Wheelchairs NOT welcomed.

The hotel is under renovation and smelled STRONGLY of paint. It is also a condo-hotel, which supposedly makes it exempt from ADA laws, and though they say they have handicap-accessible rooms, the bathrooms are NOT wheelchair accessible at all. If this is not an issue for you, it's otherwise a good hotel.
