I am a little spolied so trust me this hotel is in great shape, was a great location and a very clean room. The staff was very nice, helpful and I just can't say enough about the value.

Great place; Watch out for hidden fees and hot tub!

While the hotel was certainly up to my standards considering the price I paid, I still expected a 3-star hotel to have clean, working hot tubs (both had non-working lights, jets and heaters). And if a hotel is going to get a poolside tiki bar, it should at least be employed with a friendly bartender who is at least knowledgable on basic mixed drinks. I was also not satisfied with the daily parking fee of $5 per vehicle. I ended up spending an extra $50 that I hadn't planned for, which added some extra stress to my vacation.

Acceptable

The hotel was acceptable for the short two days we were there. However, I was not happy that we were charged $5.00 a day for hotel parking when the parking was on the private property of the hotel. Doesn't make sense. Also, there isn't a restaurant in the hotel, therefore no room service. When I inquired about why the restaurant was not open, I was told it was closed in January but no further explanation was given. They do offer a continental breakfast but if you want a full breakfast, you will have to go offsite. For race fans, its a perfect hotel when attending the races as it is only 7 miles from the track.

One of the best in Daytona

This is one of the few hotels we stay at in Daytona. Most of them are run down.

Nice Hotel

Nice hotel! I would definitely stay again! I stayed here with friends to enjoy a nice spring break on the beach and it was great! The balcony view was beautiful and the access to the beach was terrific! The swimming pool was never too crowded either! Breakfast could have been better (just breads and cereal), but hey it hit the spot! : )

Great room for the money

Was a great room for the money, room was clean and comfortable. The location was not within walking distance of any bars, clubs, or restaurants. Have to drive or take a cab everywhere, at least 3.5 miles to anything.

Hotel Stay

The hotel was great. The location was excellent. Only thing was the inside bar and grill and Tiki bar was closed due to lack of guestsd during spring break week.

Great place to stay....

It was more than I expected, it was bike week and the hotel was still on top of its game. Great room for a great price. I would stay here again.

Not bad for the money!

Property was nice for the money. The normal hotel we stay at for bikeweek wanted twice the regular rate we normally pay for the event last year plus a 4 night minimum. So I went on a limb and tried something different. Over all every thing was very nice the beds were extremely comfortable and the pool area was very comfortable. The only problem we had was the A/C kept cutting on and off leaving the room warmer than we would have liked. By the second night maintancnce fixed the problem and it was fine. So if you find your normal place to stay is acting stupid with the rates give this property a try.

Friendly hotel

Great welcome and the reception staff were excellent.Even allowed us to check in early. Complementary breakfast was a welcome bonus.
